Home Truths:
This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.

Please note that this home requires the completion and approval of a condo board application. Additionally, this property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to completion of the background check with 72 hour minimum notice period after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.

The Neighborhood:
This is the city's buzzing financial heart, home to Wall Street and glittering skyscrapers. Sidewalks bustle during the week and, after work, young professionals fill the restaurants and bars of the South Street Seaport and pedestrian-only Stone Street. Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent

All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
