Introducing Brightstone, a 2,650 sq ft, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath duplex condo that blends historic character with refined modern design. Located in a converted 1984 printing house on Vestry Street, this home features custom millwork cabinetry, a restored original steel column, 12-foot ceilings, and near floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. The open-concept living and dining area offers a spacious, loft-like feel ideal for relaxing or entertaining.



Guests enjoy private access via a secure fob and keyed entry. The chef’s kitchen includes high-end SubZero, Viking, and Bosch appliances, a vented hood, and a sleek central island. The primary bedroom features a walk-in closet and a luxurious ensuite with stone tile, a deep soaking tub, and a rainfall shower. Additional bedrooms are spacious and flexible, and the apartment is secured with an ADT system.



Set in one of Manhattan’s most desirable neighborhoods, Brightstone is just minutes from Hudson River Park, the Google and Disney campuses, and a variety of top-tier restaurants, cafes, and shops. Combining location, comfort, and history, this home offers a unique New York experience.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.







Home Truths:



A professional cleaning service is required once per week for all stays at a cost of $300 per cleaning. Guests are asked to allow access during scheduled cleaning.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
