Exceptional apartment in an excellent location. Spacious and updated, it's a perfect place to relax between activities, spend time before your night out, and come back for a night cap with a view of the city. Host was very communicative and even allowed for early check in with us coming from out of town. Very amenable and friendly, will absolutely be staying here again!

The duplex pent house was perfect for our fam of 4. The kids each took the larger two sofa beds and we ordered a rollaway bed for the youngest. The kitchen was nice but basic. There was no tea for the hot water kettle, no coffee for the coffeemaker, only cups, plates, utensils, etc. We loved the big bath and walk in shower. The bed upstairs was comfy but the kids complained that the sofa beds were not. The owner graciously let us check in early thankfully because the luggage closet downstairs off the lobby was full. We didn't eat at the attached restaurant but heard from people leaving that it was really good. There was a nice gym downstairs but we never used it. We loved how close to everything this spot is and would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!

The apartment is amazing and it’s the perfect location. Giving it a four because I tried to reach out prior to our stay about leaving our bags early. There was no response. The penthouse was really lovely! I booked the space for a small group of friends to have a place to hang out and spend an extra night in the city after a work conference. My kids LOVED the space! There were a few cosmetic things wrong like the automatic shade was broken without notice BUT I just figured it happened right before our stay. We checked in the night before Thanksgiving. It was such a convient spot to just walk 1/2 a block to 6th Ave to view the parade the next morning. The whole time we were there we felt centrally located to all the things we wanted to do! My son thought the bathtub room was incredible! He legit felt like Kevin from Home Alone! The history of the place is super cool too. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to any one. This building is OLD so you've got to keep that in mind. It's beautiful though!

Location, location, location

This was my first trip to NYC and I had a blast! The property is in the perfect spot - it seemed like a 5 minute walk was all it took to get where I wanted to be. I was able to park directly in front of the hotel which was a relief and saved at least 40 a day for parking.

Location is awesome. Off 5th ave, near Bryant park and really not a bad walk to time square or Central Park. Apartment is kind of awkward. It’d be nice if the bath tub area had a shower as well if you have more than 2 guests. Warm water, not hot. Not a lot of room in the bedroom to situate bags. Sunblocker on the main window was broke. Futons were ok for me to sleep on, but I could see people finding them uncomfortable. No response from host when I asked them questions. I’d say sleeps 2 adults comfortably
