Step outside to the large patio, perfect for gatherings, complete with comfortable outdoor furniture. The downstairs patio features a BBQ grill for cookouts and a exterior TV for entertainment, all while enjoying beautiful sunsets over the surrounding landscape. Each bedroom is equipped with a sound machine to ensure a peaceful night's sleep, and blackout curtains are also provided for added tranquility. With other homes available on the same street, it's easy to invite family and friends for a memorable group getaway, offering the opportunity to create lasting memories together in a convenient and enjoyable setting.

Getting Around:

You're just a short drive from popular attractions like Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn. For those who prefer to walk, the beautiful seawall beach is only a 5-minute stroll away.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests may check in anytime after 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please message us in advance with your estimated arrival time. If we are not notified ahead of time and any issues occur after 10:00 PM, we may not be able to assist until the following morning. The minimum age for the primary guest is 21. Smoking is not permitted inside the home (a $250 fine will apply). Pets are not allowed. The property offers free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Please note that events and parties are not permitted at this property.
