Deluxe Studio Einheit - Erfüllen Sie Ihre Großstadtträume!

You had us at 10/10—but then you kept going and now we’re considering framing this. Close to the convention center, a perfect room, awesome staff and zero complaints? That’s the kind of review we casually “accidentally” leave open on our screens for everyone to see. Seriously though, we’re glad everything lined up just right for your trip. Thanks for spreading the word—we’ll be here whenever you’re ready for an encore. -NexResorts

Wow. A 10/10? We’re blushing. 🥹 Thrilled to hear the studio was clean, comfortable, and pulled its weight during your sports-packed weekend. We do our best to stay quick on the replies and helpful on the intel—like a well-trained pit crew, but with fewer jumpsuits. Thanks for the glowing recommendation, and we’d love to host you again anytime you’re back in action! -NexResorts

Thank you for the 8/10 and for laying out exactly what happened — that level of detail actually helps. Glad the room's space, the pool, and the walkable location worked in your favor. Those are the parts we want every guest to walk away remembering. On the timeshare presentation: we do state upfront that attending is completely optional, and no one should be made to feel otherwise or feel pressured into handing over a card before fully understanding what it's for. That process is run by the on-site sales team, separate from how we manage the unit, but it's clear that message didn't come through in the moment — especially after a long travel day with your kids in tow. That's on them, not on you, and we're sorry it added stress to your check-in. We'll also flag the room for a deeper clean before the next guest. Glad the staff still came across as pleasant despite all that, and we'd genuinely welcome the chance to give you a smoother stay next time, minus the sales runaround. - Nexresorts

Thank you for the 8 and for sharing such candid feedback. We’re glad the pool was a highlight and that the unit felt similar to what you saw before arriving. We’re sorry the view wasn’t what you hoped for. Views vary by floor and unit, and we understand how much the first look out the window can shape a stay. We also regret that the arrival felt pushy. Parking, the restaurant, the souvenir booth, and the resort’s overall theme are all run by the resort rather than by us, so Wyndham’s team is the best place to take those notes. We’ll keep your comments in mind as we continue to make our listing as clear as possible. Thank you for staying with us, and we’d welcome the chance to host you again.

A 10/10 with no comment — that’s the silent but powerful endorsement. We’ll take it as “everything went exactly right and I have no notes,” which is honestly the best kind of review. We’re really glad you had a great stay, and we’d be happy to host you again anytime you’re back in the area. Thanks for choosing us! -NexResorts
