Unsere Suite befindet sich im 18. Stock des Peachtree Towers. Wir befinden uns an der Ecke Peachtree Street und Baker, gegenüber dem Hyatt Regency, drei Blocks vom Centennial Olympic Park entfernt.

Unsere Wohnung verfügt über 600 qm Wohnfläche, ein volles Wohnzimmer, ein separates Schlafzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, eine voll abgeschirmte Terrasse, ein umgebautes Badezimmer mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Decken. Wohnung verfügt über Internet, WiFi und Flachbild-HD-TV. Unser Gebäude hat 24x7 Sicherheit und Concierge.

Es gibt ein Queen-Size-Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein separates Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Schlafplätze für zusätzliche Unterkünfte sehr gut geeignet sind. Sie sind jedoch nicht das Äquivalent eines Bettes. Wir haben eines der bequemeren von IKEA gekauft, aber ein Schläfer ist ein Schläfer.

Wir sind einen Block vom MARTA-Bahnhof 'Peachtree Center' entfernt. Atlanta wird von Lyft und Uber gut bedient. Wir sind für den Verkehr berüchtigt und empfehlen Ihnen, das Auto zu Hause zu lassen.

Great property. I stayed for 3 nights by myself (I am a rather small woman) and felt perfectly safe. It was nice having the concierge and a secure building. I went to a Falcons game at Mercedes-Benz stadium (stadium #14 for me) and was able to walk from the property. Also, I walked to the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola. Perfect location!The unit itself was nice, clean, and had everything I needed. I would recommend this to anyone!

Great Location

Came to Atlanta for the Peach Bowl. Condo location was perfect. Was able to walk to Mercedes Benz stadium, attractions, and bars/restaurants. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying at this Vrbo! It was in a great location, beautiful views , and very cozy loft. Only issue was having to pay $30 a day for parking. Other than that, we highly recommend!

Close to everything downtown

This condo was great! It is exactly as advertised. Close to everything downtown Atlanta. I parked my car and didn’t have to move it for the entire stay. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely book again.

Walking distance to everything.

Came for a conference. The property was in walking distance to the venue, restaurants, food court, aquarium and other activities. A plus was that you can control the heating. The communication with host was very good.

A Perfect Slice of Atlanta Living

Just as described, The owners are transparent and very helpful. We arrived very late and they checked in on us while we were on the road. Its a very cute 1 bedroom condo in a classic building. It has character and is placed perfectly around amazing food. Walk or ride a scooter to anywhere you want. The unit was very clean and well thought out. Me and the wife thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The views are engulfing. Thank you again.

It gets the job done.

I'll be honest, this is not a bougie place to stay. If that's what you're looking for, this is not it. This is however, a nice enough spot for the money...it's a great value. This is a 1960s high rise tower full of condos and this property has that feel. It's nothing fancy, but... It's clean! It's close to all the downtown ATL things. It works! I'd stay there again given the overall value.

Older Unit in a Great Location

The location of this condo in relation to the sites we wanted to see while visiting Atlanta was perfect. It was within walking distance of everything. No need to have a car, as you can take the MERTA from the airport and simply walk around. The only issue we had with the location, was the amount of folks hanging out outside the front entrance. There is a small shaded area directly outside the front entrance that seems to attract a group of characters that just hang out there all day. It was a little unnerving each time we had to walk past them, but for the most part we got over it. They were looking for handouts, but weren't too much of a bother if you just kept walking. The folks at the concierge inside were super nice and friendly. The owner of the unit was always quick to respond and even let us check in a little early on our arrival date (thanks again for that). The condo complex is a little dated (I believe it was built in the 60's). If you are looking for fancy and new, this may not be the building for you. In saying that, the unit had some remodeling done at some point in time because it was newer than the 60's inside. The unit itself could use a little TLC, but nothing that really hampered our stay. Examples: Some of the slates in the blinds were broken/missing, the door handle on the freezer of the fridge comes off if you pull on it the wrong way, the water pressure in the building is weak in the shower, etc. Again, nothing major. Overall we had a decent stay here

Host was great, concierge’s were wonderful. Great location. Good for the price. Parking in any city is not cheap. Parked indoors on Baker and was happy with the security and service of employees. Try to avoid the liquor store on corner of Baker. They evidently encourage loitering.

Perfect Stay

This 18th Floor center city accommodation was perfect. As a business traveler in town for four days, the location was perfectly close to almost anything I needed.The place was clean, well decorated, and came with everything I needed for a perfect stay. The building security was appreciated and added an extra level of privacy and comfort.The bed was very comfortable and the building was very quiet.When I come back to Atlanta I will stay here again for sure!

Great location. Stress-free stay from start to finish

Check-in was a breeze and the location is outstanding; just 3 blocks from the Georgia Aquarium. Owner arranged for a parking spot for our rental car too that was a good rate for our stay and much appreciated.
