Location! Location! The Heart of the Lake in Osage Beach Spacious home with excellent location near the MM17 within easy walking distance to Backwater Jacks and Boat Rental. This house is second tier lot which has no direct lake access. All within a 5-to-10-minute drive to all popular lake shopping, dining, golfing, winery, bars and restaurants this house is perfect for your Ozark adventures. Spacious home overlooking seasonal lake views is bright, clean on a quiet cul de sac road with updated roads and new sidewalks. There is plenty of parking and getting there is easy with a wide road within minutes of Osage Parkway! Perfect for a family or friends' getaway! There are two private bedrooms and a full bath on the first level (1 queen bed in each room) while downstairs there is a large common area with sleeping for up to 5 (1 queen, 2 full and 1 twin bed). The lower level has a walkout to a private backyard with views of the lake. Perfect for evening sunset cocktails or early morning coffee with an occasional deer for company. Open floor plan made for entertaining with a beautiful kitchen overlooking the dining and living room. Seating at the bar or in the dining room which has been known to host a few poker games and many Uno games. There is a smoking space outside in the covered carport for those cigars. No worries - no smoking in the house! Pet friendly but please check our house rules. Plenty of space to run but the yard is not fenced. There is a pet fee of $150. We know that you will love this great home!

This was a perfect house for our adventure. The walk to dumpster might be difficult for older visitors. Other than that and a few small blemishes this house was grey!!

Great family house! Perfect location!

If you’re wanting to be in or close to Osage Beach, this house is perfect! We are a family of 4 plus two dogs. This house was perfect for us and plus some! We normally just stay on our boat, but with it being an extended holiday weekend, we decided to rent a place for the comfort. Beds/pillows were comfortable, great water pressure, & the A/C was blasting cold air freezing me out! Lots of seating available. Would totally stay here again.

Fabulous property in a fabulous location. I stayed for three weeks for works. Zero issues, and any questions/correspondence was answered promptly. Plenty of space for a family to spread out, great kitchen space. Highly recommend!

Big Bass Bash

Spent a week for the Big Bash Bash. Location was good. House had all the basic needs to get us through the week. Nice quite street with a bunch of little deer to be on the lookout for.

Perfect for our fishing tournament stay!!

House worked out perfectly for 4 fishermen and two trucks with bass boats. Inside had all the necessities. Will definitely use this house again for our next stay!!

Property was everything as listed! Perfect location! Very accommodating. Property owner even overnighted our medication we accidentally left! Much appreciate and will attempt to book here again for future stay at the Lake of the Ozarks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it is much nicer inside than even in the pictures. Great location, covered parking garage and large kitchen. Clean and well maintained. The host was very prompt in answering any questions we had too. We would definitely stay here again

Great Location in a Quiet Cove

We were moved to an upgraded property the night before due to an incident at the house we originally booked. It was only 2 houses down, but on the water. This upgrade was a tremendous surprise to my husband and kids. The host went out of his way to ensure we had a place vs leaving us hanging. This location was close to restaurants and shops but was quiet. The house itself was super clean and had more than enough space and amenities for a family. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Better than the pictures!

Very satisfied with our stay over Memorial Day weekend! This house was perfect for our group! Lots of beds and lots of the space for everyone. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it looks even nicer in person! Location was perfect for us, we were by everything we needed. Check in was easy, host responded quickly and helped with anything we needed. Definitely recommend booking here!
