It comes with everything you’ll need including a private driveway, private backyard, complete kitchen, comfy beds, washer, dryer, fast internet, televisions, coffee machine, hair dryer, baggage holders, iron, ironing board, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, and more.

Front yard: With a private driveway for two cars, you don’t have to worry about parking. Upon arrival, you're greeted by our beautiful flower bed and porch.

Living area: The beautifully designed living area contains a comfortable sofa set, accent chairs, coffee table, overhead lamp, side tables and reading lamp for your maximum relaxation. There’s a 75-inch adjustable (proper mounting height) wall-mounted LED HDR flatscreen television with ( Netflix, Pluto, Pluto, Tubi, etc.) with TV stand for your enjoyment (personal login will be required) . The property has high-speed internet for your entertainment and business needs.


Our 3 bedrooms: With carefully curated linen sheets, duvets, super comfortable pillows, and newly-sourced memory foam mattresses, you get to enjoy the best of both worlds – that luxury hotel feeling, but also the warmth of a home. Our bedroom windows feature high-quality room-darkening curtain drapes that keep you feeling cozy while you sleep. Each bedroom also comes with its own 55-inch wall mounted flat screen television, large dresser, bedside nightstand(s) and lamp(s) for your comfort. On the beds you will find our high-quality fresh towels and in the bedroom closets, you’ll find luggage holders, robes, and extra towels for your convenience. Room 3 has an LED bed frame which you can turn off or on if you like that extra fancy feeling.

Bathrooms: The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite and here you’ll find toilet papers, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash. You’ll also find a covered trash can & toilet bowl washer as needed. The second bathroom is the general bathroom and is larger in size to accommodate multiple users. Here you’ll find everything provided in the en-suite bathroom and more, including a bath-tub perfect for soaking after a long day, and a hand dryer to blow dry your hair. Bathrooms and toilets are clean and disinfected, thank you in advance for maintaining this with us.

Kitchen & dining area: Our complete kitchen comes with brand-new stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, and other kitchen essentials such as baking pans, knife set, aprons, napkins, plates, glass cups, wine glasses, mugs, sieve, cooking spoons, measuring spoons, cutting boards, cutlery set, children’s cutlery, complimentary coffee pods, tea bags, coffee creamers and sugar packets. The dining area contains a finely polished wooden dining table set and provides a nice view of the private backyard if you choose to open the light-blocking curtains by the sliding glass door.


Laundry area: The laundry area contains a private full-size heavy-duty washer/dryer with all the necessary amenities and a waiting area. Here, you’ll find an iron, ironing board, and cleaning materials (detergent, broom, mopping stick, etc). In this area, you’ll also find a portable baby crib/ park n play if you have a little one who needs this. It’s on the house and free to use. We do recommend coming along with an extra padding for the crib if possible.


Backyard: We have ample space in the private backyard which offers seating under the pergola roof shade for your relaxation (pull shade over during use & retract when not in use). This is perfect if you enjoy being outside or have kids who love to run around. Seating cushions are in the big cushion box. (Please return cushions to box when not in use). Access to the backyard is through the glass sliding door in the dining area where it sits behind the light-blocking curtains.


**Other things to note**
To ensure the best experience for our guests and neighbors, here are some important house rules to note before you book:
* Please keep noise levels down. Noise audible outside the property during quiet hours is highly discouraged. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. We love & respect our neighbors and would hate to cause them any inconvenience.
* No parties or events allowed
* No additional guests allowed to stay overnight other than guest number specified at booking.
* No smoking anywhere on the property.
* No pets allowed.

Our property supports a ventilated recovery system for balanced ventilation and your well-being. We are committed to rigorous cleaning procedures and your safety.
