NOTE: If the weather app shows outdoor temperatures fall below 45°F (daylight), the pool heater will be off, and the fee will be fully refunded.

- $65/night for the spa/hot tub only.

• December 1st - end of March
- $125/night for the pool and spa/and hot tub.

The pool cleaner comes on Thursday every week in the summer and every two weeks in the winter.

Easier to coordinate your group with four bedrooms and 6 beds. Central air conditioning. Blind and ceiling fans throughout the house, except in the bunk bedroom, have a portable fan.
Black-out curtains for a good night’s sleep, smart TV in every bedroom, except one of the guest rooms with a king-size bed.

- Along the hallway is a guest room with a king-size bed, memory foam mattress, and a space to read your favorite book during downtime. There is a full guest bathroom with a bathtub next to it.

- Next is the bunkbed room with a twin bed on the top and a full bed on the bottom, both are memory foam mattresses.

- There is a high-ceiling, spacious master bedroom that has one king bed with a memory foam mattress, a crib for your child, an ensuite master bathroom with a double-sink vanity, a standing shower with a rain-frosted hinged glass door, and a walk-in closet. The sliding door leads to the deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, and the backyard, pool, and high jet spa with lounge chairs, such a great relaxing time by the pool.

- The last guest room has a queen-size bed, a deck, and a chair for your remote work is situated on the other side of the house, and across it is the half-bathroom.


★★★ Things to know ★★★

- The whole house is for guests to use, except the garage will remain locked, and the small closets in the hallways are for inventory only.
- There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house (please do not park on the neighbor's side or the mailbox), and on the driveway on the back 2 cars can fit, then walk to the front.
- For the security purposes of the guests and to prevent parties, breaking, etc., all cameras are always on (NO camera inside). A few surveillance cameras around the house, facing the sides of the house, front yard, deck, pool, and spa. Ring cameras are in the front door, driveway, and deck.
