*There is a construction project on the main street next to the house that may create some daytime noise and potential traffic. However, with our new double-pane windows, the inside of the house is very quiet and peaceful

*House is in a residential area so please be respectful of neighbors by following these quiet hours: 11pm-7am

*This is NOT a party house. No parties of any kind are allowed! We take our relationships with our neighbors seriously. This home is for residential use only. Reservation will be cancelled without refund if complaints/notice of a party are received

*NO SMOKING anywhere on the property since the smoke carries inside the house and to our neighbors. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed.

*Absolutely NO CONFETTI allowed anywhere in the house. It is near impossible to clean up because it clings to all surfaces and hard to reach spaces. We will charge a $50 fee if confetti is found after your stay

*There is one operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a Ring doorbell which records both visually and audibly. There is also a security camera facing the driveway & street and is actively recording 24/7 during your stay. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously
