Was in this great unit for a month. We cooked most meals there and the condo had everything we needed. Great ocean view from the lanai. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location for relaxing family vacation

Comfortable and clean condo close to beach; loved being able to walk to beach in a few minutes and teens able to go back and forth between pool and beach.

lovely property, kitchen well appointed, however was lacking beach umbrella, cooler, floaties etc. for going to the beach. I bought and left an umbrella for whoever needs it next.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed staying here. Small view of ocean was very nice. Unit was well stocked and clean. Grounds were well kept. Washer/dryer a huge plus. Really enjoyed the 2 bathrooms. Never used air conditioner I. Living room. Fans were enough and left sliders open at night. Right across from Kam II our favorite beach for swimming and sunsets. Close to restaurants and ABC store. Rented thru Rentals Maui. Really recommend this company for your rental needs. They are very professional and available to answer all questions

We had a couple of issues on arrival, there was a leak under the sink, which had been dripping for some time and one of the faucets was not working. Also, the only kettle appeared corroded inside. The property manager, arranged for the leak to be fixed, but it involves three tradesmen visits. They replaced the kettle promptly. There was a problem with one of the patio doors, but we didn’t do anything about that. apart from those things the condo was fine and we enjoyed our stay. One other thing was that the elevator was not working. That was not a fault of the property manager because it was a Maui-wide issue due to the flooding, but there was no advanced warning of it. We are both seniors with some mobility problems and carrying luggage and groceriesup and down four flights of stairs gave us good exercise, but we didn’t entirely enjoy it. If we’d known in advance, we would probably have tried to find a lower level condo.
