Palmen wiegen sich, tropische Brisen, Inselvögel singen ihre Lieder, Privatsphäre ... All dies und der Ozean sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Spazieren Sie auf dem gepflegten Grundstück im Schatten der sich wiegenden Banyan-Bäume. Spielen Sie ein Set auf dem Tennisplatz, erfrischen Sie sich in einem der beiden Swimmingpools oder entspannen Sie in einem der wohltuenden Whirlpools. Die Anlage befindet sich direkt gegenüber einem der besten weißen Sandstrände von Maui - ideal für Spaziergänge, Schwimmen und Sonnenbaden.
Unsere Wohnung wurde gerade im April 2019 renoviert. Unser Ziel war es, das Gerät zu modernisieren und dennoch eine strandnahe, küstennahe Atmosphäre zu bewahren. Wir denken, wir haben das alles erreicht. Die Renovierung umfasste neue Fußböden, neue Schränke, Granitoberflächen, alle neuen GE-Geräte und natürlich frische Farbe. . Wir haben auch unsere Veranda erweitert und ein Kingsize-Bett hinzugefügt. Beide Bäder sind ebenfalls komplett renoviert.
Das Maui Banyan liegt im wunderschönen Süden von Kihei an der Südküste der Insel. Das Resort genießt eine erstklassige Lage und bietet Zugang zum angrenzenden Kamaole Beach II mit seinen Spielplätzen und offenen Grünflächen. Die Schönheit des Resorts wird durch den hohen Gipfel des Haleakala im Hintergrund aufgewogen, der in den heißen Nachmittagsstunden kühlen Schatten spendet und eine perfekte Atmosphäre für Golf und andere Aktivitäten bietet.

Perfect!

We love the Maui Banyan and this was our first time in this unit. It was beautiful and it had everything we needed. Mattress and pillows were very comfy and we were just fine using the ceiling fans rather than the A/C. We loved waking up to the birds chirping and watching all the deer in the lot next to the property. I had a small prblem connecting to the wi-fi and contacted Joni directly. She was so warm and understanding and got us up and running right away. We will back!

Perfect location!

We love staying in Kihei and this was our favorite rental yet. The location was fantastic, the lanai was private with amazing views. We watched a family of deer everyday in the garden area! The A/C worked well and the ice maker in the freezer was an unexpected treat. The bed was super comfortable and having two bathrooms was something we didn't even know we needed!

Beautiful condo in a great location

This was the perfect place for the two of us. The location was great and the condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfy and we loved having two bathrooms. We loved that there were beach towels and a cooler for us to use. We got a lot of use out of those! We could also see Haleakala and the ocean from our balcony. The condo grounds were very well maintained and there are two very nice pool areas. Each has a pavilion and multiple Weber gas grills that were a nice bonus. Joni was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Will stay again!

Perfect location steps away from the beach watched every sunset the chirping of the birds in the morning being able to see the ocean and the mountain at sunrise. It’s a great location. Property pool is close by parking is a plus can’t wait to come back very clean.

This is a very nicely layed out condo, quiet, on the garden side so private and shady. Everything you need is provided, beach chairs, umbrellas, fins, boogie board. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and glasses, and appliances.

Amazing stay!!!

We had an amazing stay! Property location was so perfect for everything. Bed very comfortable. Second bathroom such a plus with 2 women. Each had our own. The property next door is so nice for view and privacy. Seen deer in the morning and evening go by most of the days. The view of mountain was so pretty. There is a view of the ocean maybe not ocean front but still nice to be able to see. Joni was so accommodating in all matters. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us. Great comfort, Perfect location

My wife and I recently stayed at this property for 5 days (Oct 2023). It turned out to be a fabulous choice and absolutely wonderful experience. The convenience of the location made getting to all of the westside and upcountry locations on our trip super easy! Joni (the Host) was very attentive to all the details and easy to reach during the stay. We found the condo well stocked with everything one could want for beach visits or just hanging out to cook a meal for the evening. Clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious are all words that come to mind. Parking is easy on premise and we were able to walk to the entire Kihei business district without using our rental. I would recommend this place to anyone and believe it would be great for families as well. Thanks again Joni for a wonderful stay !

Very relaxing and just wonderful

We had a great time at the Maui Banyan! It was close to everything and walking distance to most things. Went zip lining and explored pineapple orchard. We managed to pack in a lot in 4 days. The Maui Banyan was central to the afternoon nap since it was so close. I loved having a kitchen to make some meals, since eating out was a bit expensive for all meals. It was a very comfortable stay.

Maui beauty and perfect location

Maui Banyon is a beautiful condo property that has lovely and well maintained gardens, pool, parking lot and is just a short walk to the beach and really good restaurants. The staff that works there are very friendly. Joni the condo owner has been very responsive from the start to the end of our beautiful stay in Maui. The bed was comfortable and the showers had nice water flow and I loved the river rock flooring and tiles in the the shower. Plenty of towels. Beach chairs and other beach things are in the storage closet. Check around before you buy anything, Joni keeps things well stocked. The lanai has great views of the volcano, a natural plant area and slight ocean views with beautiful palm trees. Maui is a very nice place to visit. Kehei is a great area to stay. I felt very safe there. Lahaina is a great place to visit for shopping and great marina views. Mama’s Fish House was our best dining experience. Taking a guided trip with Alec if you can book him on Maui Jungle Tours is the best way to take the Road To Hana trip. Loved your place Joni!

My husband Joe and I live in Auburn CA.. We both work full time, but we try to get to the condo in Maui about every 6 months to make sure it is ready for our guests.
We have an on-island manager who is available to call for any maintenance and repairs.

We love Kihei for it's weather, it's proximity to the ocean, and for the ease of getting to all areas of the island.

In our unit you get both sunrise (over Haleakala) and gorgeous sunsets. We love the privacy that the 4th floor gives us, especially since there is a very large open space between us and the condo complex across the way. The beach just across the street is wonderful, there's a walking 'path' from our beach all the way to Wailea and it's all along the beach. It is just comfy, homey, beachy, and a great place to stay. We also provide beach chairs, a cooler and other beach items for your use.
