This was a great house. Beds were comfortable, many rooms to choose for my 4 kids, close to Disney, house was clean. I would highly consider returning on my next vacation.

The house was clean and the communication great!The laundry room was nice, machines worked well. There were irons and extra hair dryers in the laundry room. The house was well stocked with needed items in the kitchen. The pool temperature was perfect, even with the cold. The beds were so comfortable, perfect for the end of a long Disney day! It was also a great location within Windsor Hills.The house does need a lot of maintenance and upgrades. The upstairs master shower kept coming off the track, the sink in the other on suite was stopped up, and the downstairs bathroom toilet handle was stuck down, which we discovered was the chain that was messed up. Renovations would make this house perfect.

Nice house. Plenty of room. Very clean upon arrival. Didnt get to enjoy the pool but once, too busy at the parks. Little hiccup getting permission to park our RV on the property other than that stay was great

Lots of space and close to Disney

Property is quite spacious and ideally located close to Disney. The gated community adds an additional layer of security that makes it great for families. Owner was very communicative and provided great details on accessing the property and as well very responsive to questions or issues. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Nice location and size

The property was a great size! With two living spaces and lots of bedrooms this worked great for our multigenerational family. The property was slightly more run down than expected and there were bugs. I know it’s Florida but supplying bug spray would be nice. There was a lack of towels and with the dryer not working, we weren’t able to do laundry or dry out after an afternoon monsoon. Overall it was solidly a 4 out of 5!

Convenient central location. This is a beautiful spacious home in a gated community with wonderful amenities. Owners are accessible and respond quickly to any questions you may have. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again and would highly recommend for all ages.

The house was fine but we spent 3 of the 4 days with a constant beeping smoke detector. We called and messaged multiple times a day and it took them until the last day of our stay to send someone to fix it.

Wonderful Vacation, Great Place

Property was in great location, clean and nicely laid out for all of us. Loved the décor. Swimming pool and patio was a wonderful place to hang out and have fun, having the pool heated made it great for the little ones to enjoy. Loved having the hot tub. Quiet neighborhood and very well kept. Close to everything, shopping, golf, entertainment. Overall a wonderful vacation spot. Thank you, would definitely stay again.

The home is in a lovely community about a 15 minute drive from the Disney Parks. Home is clean and well kept with lots of room for 14. We paid extra for the heated pool and hot tub which was thoroughly enjoyed after our long days walking through Disney parks. Home is close to variety of restaurants and shopping including Downtown Disney. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lots of room and a great location

This was a big house with more then enough room for all of my family. There were small things wrong such as lots of little bugs (It's Florida, it happens) and the pool turning green overnight, but the owners were VERY responsive when I contacted them about it which I appreciated. We loved sitting outside by the pool and just soaking in the Florida sunshine. This could be a super nice property if a little money was thrown in to do some updates but overall we really enjoyed our stay. The main resort pool was a highlight of our trip!

Great, Wonderful, Amazing Vacation

I had 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids under 9) visited Disney World and we had one of best vacations ever. The house was very beautiful and comfortable seen as photos. It was very closed to the theme parks and there were lots of stores and restaurants in the local area. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool in the evening. I already recommended this house to my friends. I will definitely come back for next Disney trip.

Great Vacation!

The house is great! We had a total of 9 family members staying at the house and had plenty of room for everyone. Nice family room, eating area, and the bedrooms looked just like the pictures on the site. Pool area was great too! Worked with the property management company to have a grill delivered and it was there upon our arrival. No complaints!

Beautiful home

Our group of 11 guests had a wonderful time in this home. It was exactly as advertised and well-appointed. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool and spa every day. The resort was fairly crowded since it was spring break but we figured out that if we went to the community pool area after 2pm there were plenty of seats. Despite it being busy, we didn't have any issues with noise. Plenty of stores and restaurants within a short drive. We would happily stay here again.
