Welcome to our spacious family friendly town-home located in Regal Palms Resort and Spa, a resort full of amenities for the entire family! This home sleeps 8 and has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There are two king suites in this home, one located on the lower level, and a total of 4 bedrooms. It is perfect for families traveling with grandparents or large families, or two families traveling together. The resort amenities include a pool with slide, lazy river, fitness center, arcade, ice cream parlor, restaurant, bar and spa!

Regal Palms is a gated community with 24 hour security

This is and end unit townhouse which gives you more space overall. It is also a short walk to the pool and lazy river!!

2nd King Suite on the first floor with King Bed, 43" Smart TV with cable and streaming options, and full size private Bathroom. Be our guest in this Beauty and the Beast themed room! This second King Suite is perfect for grandparents or dual families!

Two parking passes will be provided. Street parking is not allowed in this community. Parking on the grass is not allowed.

** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ**Resort fees are already included in your nightly daily rate on this listing. Each guest will be given a wristband allowing them full access to all the resort amenities during their stay and towel cards for each guest. Guests will also be provided with a nightly parking pass that should be displayed on your dash. 2 parking spots are included. A $100 incidental hold will be placed on your credit card by the resort at check-in to ensure the return of towels and wristbands
