Welcome to Mario Kart Mayhem! The Nintendo-inspired listing that all ages can get excited about! The boys' room immerses kids in the "Mario Kart" games while the girls' room is based on Princess Peach and her castle. The best part is, that both kids' rooms come with their own Nintendo Switch!

Teens' bedroom is also a gamer's paradise, inspired by "The Legend of Zelda" games.

If avoiding toll roads, it's 45 minutes to Universal Studios, 20 min to Disney, and 1 hour from the MCO airport.

We are proud to say our unit is pet-friendly! However, to be mindful of all future guests we ask that all pets stay off all of the furniture, clean up after potty breaks, and ask that guests keep their pets in a kennel if the pet will be left alone in the home for any length of time. Any pet damage or disregard for house rules will result in a minimum $150 fee.

This home is specifically designed to excite the little ones into the world of Nintendo while also allowing a relaxing space for families and parents to enjoy.

Regal Palms Resort is one of the premier resort communities in the Four Corners area. It comes with a beach-style pool, lazy river, water slide, charcoal grills, playgrounds, hot tubs, on-site restaurant, gym, tiki bar, arcade, and ice cream parlor.

Guests have access to the entire home and Regal Palms Resort amenities (ie. gym, restaurant, pool, spa, and recreation areas).

Pet Policy
We are pet-friendly! The HOA allows up to 2 non-aggressive pets per stay. A one-time pet fee is required at booking. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, kept off all furniture, and leashed outside. Please clean up after potty breaks immediately. A $150 fee applies for any pet damage or if these rules aren’t followed.

Check-In, Checkout & Schedule Requests
Standard check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late checkout must be requested and purchased at least 24 hours in advance through the boarding pass link sent after booking. Approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed. If late checkout is not arranged in advance, a $25 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 10:00 a.m.

Parking Details
The driveway fits 2 medium-sized vehicles comfortably. A third vehicle may be parked carefully, perpendicularly behind the other two. Due to HOA regulations, no additional vehicles are permitted, and street or lawn parking is strictly prohibited. Vehicles parked outside of designated areas are subject to towing as enforced by the HOA.
