This property was very clean. Nice themed rooms for children. The little extras for our toddler ( crib,playpen,highchair and stroller) were a blessing. The host answered any questions in a timely manner. Will be staying here again.

Wonderful home!

We took our kiddos to FL to visit SeaWorld and Kennedy Space Center over their spring break. The house had enough room for everyone to have their own space, it was super clean and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day out! There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great Accommodations

This property served as a great home base for our Orlando vacation. The owner was very responsive any time we had a question. It was plenty of space for our family of six. The resort that it is located at was really nice, my kids enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and water slide. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation Home

We were a group of 6 people 3 adults 3 children ages 8 through 14, the home worked out great, it was clean, had everything we needed. The grounds were fantastic in being able to keep the kiddos busy when not at the parks, they swam and played on the pools and lazy river when ever possible. I highly recommend the property.

Great property, great host

We had a fantastic holiday in this property. Thank you to the host who communicated with us before and during to make sure everything was satisfactory. There was a pushchair, parasols, hard shell cooler, hairdryers, and plenty of kitchen plates and utensils in the property which were available to make use of and make it feel like home.

Great Stay!!

This condo was a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Great location. Communication with the owner was amazing. All my questions were answered within a few hours. House is as advertised. Close walk to the pool and clubhouse. Highly recommend. Will be staying here again.

House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Furniture could be updated. Could use additional lock on front door as around the deadbolt looked as if it had been pushed in at one point in the past. Sport court was not there but it seemed thats where another pool was bring built.

Christine was wonderful at communicating in a timely manner to answer all of my questions before even officially booking. This was our third time at Regal Palms, first time in this specific condo, and it was by far the best stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that we could have used more of, but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker, was towels. Another thing that was kind of a bummer, but no fault to anyone, was the love bugs. They were very annoying at the pool, we even left after only about 20 minutes one day because they were so bad. The pool was clean and we were pleasantly surprised they added an entire pool since our last stay two years ago. Bar staff were friendly and so were any other workers we encountered. If we were to return, I would definitely reach back out to book this same condo.

Fantastic Space for Family Vacation

This property was amazing and perfect for our family of 6! Communication was excellent prior to our stay, the condo was immaculate and the pool/arcade area was enjoyed immensely by our family. The condo gave us all plenty of room to spread out or gather together. Fantastic kitchen and bathroom space. Quiet community, very family friendly. Our family greatly enjoyed the pool and arcade area. The bar and restaurant made it that much more enjoyable. The four year old AND teenager took part in the arts and crafts on Friday. We would absolutely recommend this property!

Large home accommodates 6 plus people

The size of the townhouse was excellent. The community pool and lazy river was 2 blocks away with a great lazy river and pool areas. They are making a new deeper pool. The water pressure in the home was amazing with 3 people showering at the same time. Couch needs to be replaced, as does the queen bed mattress. Too few washcloths and they needed upgrades. We cooked 6 meals for 6 people and we had everything we needed. A great location to Disney.

Great location close to the pool!

We stayed here with our teenagers for Spring Break. The home was very clean and comfortable. Great location!!! It's only about a 5 minute walk to the pool. There is a Publix within walking distance and a beautiful park (Northeast Regional Park) about 6-7 min. drive away with basketball courts, walking path, etc. (the playground was under construction). The owner was outstanding with communication and we would definitely stay here again! Bring extension cords if you want to plug in your devices on the nightstands...the outlet is behind the bed in the master and hard to access.

Good Property

We enjoyed our stay! Unfortunately, we were unable to indulge in the amenities such as the pool and arcade on site like we originally planned. But my family went to Universal 3 days in a row and didn't get back until past 10pm each day. We did a walk through of the resort when we checked in and it looked cool. It really is a shame we didn't take full advantage of the resort though, esp considering the extra money per day we paid for the resort fee. Additionally, I would recommend buying necessities when you arrive such as dish soap + sponge, laundry soap and extra toilet paper to start. I have no complaints about the property! Enjoy!

Plenty of room!

The condo was exactly as described. We truly enjoyed the lazy river, slide, and pool area. Poolside food was delicious. ALL of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen contained everything that we needed to eat-in. The owner was easy to deal with when I wanted to add a day. The facilities manager was attentive when I had encountered an issue logging onto WIFI, which was quickly resolved. The check-in was long due to lines, but the check out was a snap. The listing description was accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc. The property was clean and well-maintained . The owner provided good customer service. I would you recommend this property to my friends or relatives .

4 Bed / 4 Bath Townhome at Regal Palms Resort with Waterpark

The booking process was easy and simple. The property was clean and maintained well. The opportunities for improvement were: 1) no ability to adjust the aircon system temperature. 2) Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom along with only one soap for the dishwasher and one coffee packet provided. The book of instructions at the Condo indicated to go to local grocery store if any extra normal amenities are needed beyond the "one" supplied, 3) Even though there was a fee for cleaning the Condo we had to strip the beds and place all towels by the dishwasher prior to leaving along with emptying all the pails/garbage. Doesn't the cleaning fee cover that?

Thank you for your review. I am glad you found our home well maintained. *The process of stripping the beds and putting everything near the washing machine is requested by the property management company that we rely on (the largest company at the resort) to aid the cleaners since we normally have guests arriving back to back and this saves the next guest waiting beyond their scheduled arrival time. *I do not know why you were unable to change the thermostat, we do not have any type of lock or code on it to prevent guests from changing it as we prefer people to be comfortable. We just ask that you don't lower past 72F to prevent the ac unit from freezing. *In the welcome email I sent you with the door codes and check in procedures I clearly state that the home is self catering and give you a list of what is provided to help get you started. This is pretty standard with all homes at the resort. Again, I appreciate all feedback we receive

The problems at check in were mine but we were not at all helped by the manager of the property. The host was able to be reached and helped us. The apartment is clean and fairly well appointed. The couch is uncomfortable but we were mostly out of the apartment anyway. The resort was not as nice as the photo and check in there required about a 30 minute wait since the time for check in found everyone trying to get in at the same time. About and hour after we checked in though, I was back in the resort and found the line just as long. The resort fee was not unreasonable but if you were not there to use the resort if you are busy at the parks all day, you still have to pay even if you don't want to use the resort pool. If you don't plan on being there much, it is another expense for very little. The resort staff checks you in but they have no service or info on individual units so you only get help by e-mail and if you are there on a weekend, good luck. The host was very responsive and residence fine but know what you need in a place before booking.
