This unit is in the Tower building it is an easy stroll to the beach which allows you to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The views from the condo are absolutely breathe taking. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed plus a sitting area with a 32 inch Smart Tv and the Master Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. One Guest Bedroom has a King size bed with a 32 inch Smart tv the bathroom and has a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two full beds size beds with a 32 inch Smart Tv and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is eight. The living room has a 75 inch Smart TV with comfortable furnishings. The open-plan kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker and also a Keurig machine. The condo is fully carpeted with marble tile in the entryway. The unit also has a open balcony that directly faces the Gulf of Mexico to enjoy the spectacular views and the gorgeous Siesta Sunsets.Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
