In diesem Herbst werden Renovierungsarbeiten an der Außenseite des Grand Tower durchgeführt. Bitte rufen Sie das Büro an, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Diese wunderschön renovierte Golf-Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern befindet sich in der 8. Etage unseres Grande Tower-Gebäudes. Die Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko macht es perfekt, um die Abendsonnenuntergänge zu beobachten! Für Ihr Unterhaltungsvergnügen bietet die Wohnanlage ein hochauflösendes Smart-TV mit dem ultimativen Kabelplatz von 420 Kanälen, DVR, Buch- und Spielebibliothek mit Netflix-Zugang. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein wunderschönes Kingsize-Bett mit einem 43 "-Flachbild-Smart-TV mit HD-TV-Service. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei große Betten sowie einen 43-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit HD-TV-Service. Zur Einhaltung des Brandschutzgesetzes von Sarasota County dürfen maximal sechs Personen in dieser Unterkunft übernachten. Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche und das Gästebadezimmer über eine Badewannen- / Duschkombination. Perfect Stay at Siesta Key

Beautiful condo with stunning views of the beach. Updated, clean, comfortable. The building and amenities were also clean, updated, and very nice. Elevators, lobby, fitness center — all clean & working well. Can’t beat the location. And the staff at Palm Bay Club were so friendly & helpful.

Great accommodations and location

This condo was perfectly appointed with everything you need for a fun getaway to Siesta Key, from beautiful views of Crescent Beach and a close proximity to the Village. The condo is nicely decorated and only a short elevator ride to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

The u it itself was 10 star. However we called to make sure both pools were ope . We.were.told.they were both open. When we got there the pool on the property was not in service. It was a half a mile walk to the other pool, or at least it felt like it.

Great unit!

Overall it was a positive experience. Check in was a breeze. Beach was great. Check in/out communications were exceptionally clear and staff were friendly. The furnishings were great and very comfy. The updated kitchen, flooring and master math were nice. A little touch up on the vents is needed and an exterminator as we saw an unwanted visitor.

Beautiful location

The views in this unit are unbeatable. After a quick elevator ride, you are RIGHT ON the most beautiful beach we have ever been to. The staff and security working the beach were extremely friendly and were quick to transport our chairs to the beach. If you are looking for a place to stay right on the beach with incredible views, look no further.

Loved the view it was gorgeous

Best part about this condo was the view. Corner condo unit allows for an expansive view of ocean as far as the eye can see down the beach. Stunning!

Great location and plenty of hangers!

Beautifully decorated and well furnished. Includes everything you need and more- beach toys, umbrella, chairs, beach books, board games, drying rack and plenty of hangers! Appliances (rice cooker, blender, ninja) Pyrex for cooking and storage, pitchers, and dishes, glassware. It was a splurge for special celebration and we would love to return someday!

Beautiful condo, perfect location

Let’s start with the Pros:The views from the condo were stunning. Floor to ceiling windows beach front views of the Gulf. The condo was clean, the furniture and bedding were comfortable. Palm Bay resort was nice and well kept. 2 pools, 1 gulf side (no view of the gulf) and 1 bay side near the jacuzzi with a view of the bay. Employees were helpful and security was always present. Each morning the beach was raked and cleaned. The sand was so soft, it was like powder. The condo is about a mile from Daiquiri Deck, Captain Curt’s, etc. I believe it’s 2 miles from Siesta Key Village. There are 2 trolley stops very close to the Palm Bay entrance that we used quite a bit to get to Siesta Key Village and Uber service is prevalent. Cons: Check in is between 9 AM and 5 PM. Office communication, maintenance, etc. is not accessible outside of those hours. There is a process for checking in after hours but if you have any issues you will have to wait until after 9 AM the next day to get them resolved. This became an issue for us when the code to enter the condo didn’t work and the backup code given to security didn’t work. Every time we wanted to leave and come back to the condo we would have to contact security and wait for them to let us in the condo. It definitely limited our activity the 1st night. The 2 beds in the 2nd room are listed as full sized beds. They are the smallest full sized beds I’ve seen and were not comfortable for 2 grown adults to sleep in, 2 kids okay though!

Loved our unit! The view! The only reason I gave 4 stars for "accuracy of on line listing" was because there wasn't a washer/dryer in the unit. The QR code and downloading of the app was a bit confusing. But that may be just me. I'd rather it just be add quarters and be done. Tammy was very professional and a joy to work with. I called her a bunch with questions. I would stay here again! Best and prettiest beach ever!

The Tower - Palm Bay Club

I used the gym every day, we walked on the beach and swam, we swam in the pool.... we all (4 of us) - thought that if you put in a small pub/bar on the property - it would be the perfect vacation spot! **(A few of the outlets in our condo did not work but we made do)

First is the panoramic views of the beach from every room of the unit set the perfect tone for your vacation. The unit is fresh, well appointed, very tastefully updated. The location is perfect with the resort having everything you need from 2 pools and a fishing pier. On top of that the staff at the office is fantastic to help with anything you might need.
