The Space:

Step into a refined coastal sanctuary. Recently subjected to a comprehensive top-to-bottom renovation, Ocean Villa C125 features high-end finishes rarely found in resort rentals. The heart of the home is an open-concept kitchen equipped with custom white shaker cabinetry, polished granite countertops, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances—perfect for preparing post-beach meals.

The living area is anchored by beautiful coastal luxury vinyl plank flooring and leads to a private balcony overlooking the tranquil marsh side of the resort, offering a quiet reprieve from the midday sun.

Sleeping Arrangements: The master bedroom features a plush King-sized bed, while the hallway provides cleverly integrated twin bunk beds, ideal for children.

The Bathroom: A sleek, modernized space featuring a state-of-the-art tiled bathtub and contemporary fixtures.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, unrestricted access to the premier amenities of the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. This includes:

Other Things to Note:

Parking: One complimentary parking pass is included. Additional passes are available for $35 per vehicle.

Check-in Requirements: All guests must be 25 years or older (unless accompanied by a parent/guardian). A valid ID and credit card are required upon arrival.

Prohibited Items: Please be advised that e-bikes are strictly prohibited within the community.

Cleaning & Tobacco: This is a 100% non-smoking property. A $500 restoration fee applies to any violations.

Supplies: We provide a starter set of plates, cups, bowls, and cookware. Please bring your own "cooking basics" (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) and chopsticks, as these are not provided.
