Newly Decorated Top Floor Ocean Views!

Island Princess 706 is the perfect spot for your ideal getaway. There are many new updates and attention to detail. Enjoy three bedrooms, three bathrooms and the perfect patio to enjoy the stunning views of the ocean anytime of day.
We’ve added new king beds in two of the bedrooms, and a new set of twins in the third. With a sleeper sofa in the living room, it will sleep six adults and two children comfortably. The bathrooms adjoin each bedroom.
The 1300 square ft. unit has been updated with all new mattresses, linens, furnishings, fully stocked kitchen and new flooring in all the bedrooms. There are tv’s in each room and basic cable is provided along with free wifi. The dining table seats six and added seating at the large breakfast bar.
For 2026, Island Princess 706 provides free daily platinum beach service through La Dolce Vida from March 1st until October 31st for guest use. Two beach chairs, one umbrella and small table are provided. Open 8:00am to 6:00 pm weather permitting. Enjoy the sugar white sands of Okaloosa Island!
There are no pets of any kind allowed and no smoking or vaping in the unit or on the patio..
A nice amenity is the exercise room on the property and a grilling area with both gas and charcoal grills. The seasonally heated pool with sun deck and hot tub is popular with our guests.
Island Princess is only 20 minutes from the Destin/ Ft. Walton Beach. Airport and only 6 miles from Destin. Excellent restaurants, shopping and family friendly places to visit are a short drive.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed the room, beach and pool. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner around the floors and behind the doors and floorboards, noticed alot of dust. The washing machine was filthy, we had to clean dried soap scum off of it before using. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Family Vacation

My family has stayed on Okaloosa Island since the middle 1970s and after almost 40 years at a different condo, we discovered the Island Princess last year. We loved it, so decided to book there again this year. Although this was a different unit, we loved the layout, patio furniture, decorations, and amenities. Our host was very responsive with communication. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Property was excellent. Ocean had mostly yellow,Red and purple flag warnings. Restaurants were not fancy. Less food which cost more . Gruatuity of 18% was added to each bill plus some place kept the loose change without rounding to next &!!

Beautiful view and great location!

I stayed here the last week of June for the first time and absolutely loved it! The views of the ocean was beautiful and I enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning. There was plenty of space for my family of 6 and all my teenagers enjoyed the beach, walking to the pier and boardwalk, and being not too far from Destin activities. The condo was updated and it had everything we needed to cook from home and make the week comfortable. I was a bit worried about being on the 7th floor and waiting for elevators, but it wasn’t an issue at all!!! I’m ready to return and stay next year.

This was our second time staying at the Island Princess. First time in this unit. Very nice, clean, no bugs. The pictures do not do justice for this condo. It was larger than expected! Bathrooms were nice and the tub was larger than pictured. Views were amazing. Would highly recommend and we would return.
