Electricity usage is not included in the price.

- The cost of electricity is based on usage and charged at a rate of 7 THB per unit (kWh).
- For normal usage, including air conditioning use at night, the average daily cost is around 150 THB per bedroom. However, leaving the air conditioning on while you're away from the villa could result in an additional charge.
- We will take photos of the meter when you check in and check out and kindly request that you settle the bill before leaving.

This policy has been put in place to reduce wastage and preserve the natural beauty of Phuket.

As provision, we will ask you for a security deposit of 10,000 THB upon your arrival. This deposit will be returned to you upon departure.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor sitting area.
Noise Control:
Night parties with loud music are not allowed to ensure a peaceful environment.
Allowed Events:
Daily celebrations, such as weddings or birthday parties, are welcome as long as noise levels are kept under control.
