Relax and enjoy near the most exclusive beaches of Phuket.

Our villa is located in a luxury residential project in Pasak, the most exclusive residential area of ​​Phuket, the famous most popular holiday destination island in East Asia. VillaPhuket.eu is a single-storey villa built around its own private swimming pool (40 sqm). It includes three spacious bedrooms (one with a king size bed, others with a queen size bed and two single beds, each with an en-suite bathroom), outdoor patio areas, air conditioning throughout the house, a large European kitchen fully equipped with branded appliances and double private parking. The large living room (90 sqm) has a 42-inch TV and home theater. The villa is luxuriously furnished in contemporary Thai style and fully equipped for 6 people (an extra bed is available on request). The master bedroom has a double Jacuzzi and a private Balinese garden. Privacy and relaxation are guaranteed by a 24-hour security service. A true paradise for rent for a fantastic holiday, just a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches and natural attractions of Phuket.
Our maid comes every day (except Sunday) from 08.30 am to 12.30 pm. You will find your rooms and living area always clean and fragrant. Oo (she is a Burmese refugee) speaks and understands English. In addition to her, the gardeners take care of the villa (twice a week) and the pool technician also twice a week. There are also two cats, who however live outdoors and are taken care of by Oo. They will not bother you unless you decide to cuddle them…

DAILY CLEANING SERVICE included. Electricity and water to be paid separately.

BEACHES: some of the most beautiful and exclusive beaches on the island are just a few minutes drive away: Surin, Bang Tao, Laguna, Layan, Naithon.

GOLF players: we are only 5 minutes drive from the famous Laguna golf course and 20 minutes from the Blue Canyon golf course.

RESTAURANTS and SHOPS: a few minutes away (even on foot) you will find the new chicest areas of the island; Puerto de Phuket and Boat Avenue as well as the Blue Tree Lagoon and Laguna with its 5-star resorts. Some of the best restaurants will pick you up at home or will bring you the food you ordered. Here everything is really convenient.
TRANSPORT: for those who do not want to rent a car or a scooter (remember the international driving license) you will find convenient taxis or cheaper Grab or Bolt driver managed by apps. For any further information we are always available. This island is in full expansion and constantly changing. For the better of course!

We really enjoyed our time at Raffaele’s villa. Ideally located just 1km from all the major hotels and shops and very well looked after by Oo the maid. What else could you want?

Perfect Paradise

Family of 5 from US. This was the perfect retreat for us for 10 nights. Ann was marvelous and everything was as expected. We did rent a car and would recommend it even though ride shares are readily available.

Perfect! Amazing garden, comfy beds & great host

Raffaele made our holiday so much easier (thank you). Better than any concierge at any hotel. Helped arrange a taxi, we rented his car & he recommended fun days out and local gems to eat at. The property is very big. Maid was a huge help. My wife was so happy there was a washing machine to use. We enjoyed looking at all the plants the most. Alot of love and care has been put into the garden making it a very special villa. TV was easy to use and included a HBO app. Air con works great in every room. Good shower & bath in the master bedroom.

Beautiful peaceful sanctuary

We stayed six nights in this beautiful home. It is very serene, with comfortable furnishings and facilities. The daily housekeeper ,Anne, keeps everything spotless and everything in its place. The twice weekly gardener and pool service keep the outside spotless as well. It is close enough for a short (about $ 12-15) taxi ride from a lovely town with many restaurants and bars, a night market, and huge international grocery. Our host, Rafaele, was. Kind enough to meet us at the house, explain everything, and even gave me a ride to the grocery! He was always available to answer questions. When we returned to the house after a day out or evening meal, it was so peaceful and restful. If we visit the area again we would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Beautiful oasis of calm

Villa Phuket is on the West Coast of Phuket, within easy reach of some of the best beaches on the island. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but is still very close to markets, shops and restaurants. The villa itself is set within a gated development. Some of the villas have been left unfinished, including the ones immediately surrounding this property. On arrival we were worried that this would negatively impact the atmosphere, but in fact in turned out to be a blessing in disguise. It gives the villa a peaceful and serene feel, and you can almost imagine being in a hidden jungle retreat. The house is very well laid out around its central pool courtyard. All the bedrooms are in a separate part of the house to the kitchen and living room. The rooms are very generous in size, and the master bedroom has a huge bathroom and dressing area. The kitchen is well equipped, and the living room is very well appointed with a large sofa area and TV. We were greeted by the villa staff on arrival, and were very well looked after throughout the whole stay. The owners are very easy to deal with and respond quickly to all your enquiries. They go over and beyond to make sure you are having a good stay. Overall, this villa is perfect for a family or a group of friends. There's plenty of space for everything, and the location is great. And, of course, Phuket itself is beautiful. The beaches are stunning (and some of them are half empty), the weather around New Year was perfect, and because the island is so well developed it is very easy to get around and to find all the amenities you need. A car is necessary, and we'd recommend renting the Honda Jazz that is offered for rental by the owners. Thank you for a fabulous stay. We hope to come back!

Relaxing stay in a great location

The villa is everything that is portrayed in the pictures (perfect). Nice pool to relax around when not on the beach. The maid service is a bonus as the rooms are cleaned and breakfast is cooked if required. We tend to book villas/apartments on our travels over hotels for the greater freedom. This villa is peaceful but still only a five minute drive from restaurants and the beach (we hired a car for daytime activities) Evening drinks and Restaurant excursions we took a taxi both ways at a cost of about $10US each way. We all absolutely fell in love with Thailand great food/beaches and friendly people. It was so nice we are looking to re book next year (2020)

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in December 2018. The villa is perfect for a relaxing escape. The location was ideal for access is to local dining, shopping, and beaches. Additionally the owner, Raffaele, was excellent with communicating all about our booking and the villa.

VERY NICE VILLA - ENJOY

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette charmante villa. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et aidants, toujours prêt à rendre service et nous conseiller. La villa est très propre, entretenue tous les jours. Il faut mieux avoir une voiture ou un scooter pour se déplacer mais si vous n'en avez pas vous aurez le contact d'un gentil chauffeur Thaïlandais. Je recommande vivement cette villa!

Beautiful holiday for the whole family!

We have stayed in the beautiful villa Sujika for almost a month in December 2017 - January 2018 and it was a really memorable and wonderful holiday for our whole family! The owner, Raffaelle Meucci was very attentive to our every need and made everything he could to help us to solve any problem. The villa is impeccable and very comfortable, suitable for every need and every kid age - I had my baby infant and my teenage son with me and they both felt very comfortable. There are three bedrooms, one big living room with the fully equipped kitchen and TV area, it is also possible to rent a car which is very convenient. The villa’s location is perfect - very quiet though very near to the Laguna shopping center with its Villa Market store full of products from all over the world and many cafes and restaurants. The owner provide a complete guide to every possible attraction, shops and restaurants around giving you all the information you might need. Though the villa is not situated right near the beach we have never regretted it since it is only 10 min drive to the gorgeous Bang Tao beach and the Laguna Complex with its resorts. The villa’s staff - Miss Gig and Khun See who is helping to clean the villa and can also prepare breakfasts and dinners if needed - were very helpful and attentive. Khun See also helped to organize Thai massages for us. We had wonderful time and I would definitely recommend villa Sujika as a perfect place for relaxing holiday in Phuket.

The Perfect Holiday

If you want to have the perfect relaxing vacation in Phuket you just found the perfect place. Here in VillaPhuket we spent a wondeful week last January, far from the crowd but close to the best beaches. Surin, Bang Tao and Laguna are few kilometers away and Naithon and Naiyang not more than 15 minutes by car. Many restaurants and shops all around the property were enough to cover all our needs and tastes (Black Cat is our favorite, also because they came to pick us up at the Villa every time we needed). For the food shop, the nearby Villa Market is a great place to find all kind of Western and Thai delicacies. And let me tell you, if you want real good and spicy Thai food, ask Khun See, the maid, she can prepare delicious pad thai and tomyam kung just for a small extra (and she was great for our breakfasts!). The Villa itself is great, but pictures do not make justice to this place because the reality is 100% better (hahaha, I laugh because Raffaele, the owner is an International renowned photographer, and this is our joke). Furnishing and decoration are very elegant, beds are super comfortable (there is also a pillow menu for your choice), bathrooms are large (the main bedroom has also a walk in cabinet) and the the jacuzzi has been a great moment for our family. The pool was the kids playground during the day and our romantic spot for a drink at sunset or nighttime when the sky is the only light you can see in kilometers (and children finally sleep). The staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs and the suggestions of the owner (there is a guest guide in Villa and a private Guest’s Blog with all the latest about the surrounding) were priceless. We hardly managed to follow all the hints, and this was our fault. One week is not enough to enjoy this area. The only extra thing you need during the holiday is to rent a car. This is my suggestion. What can I say more. You will see us very very soon again! This time with golf’s clubs... get the baby sitting service ready!!!

relax in the sun

We arrived at Villa Phuket after a trip of 13 days in Southeast Asia. It was just what we wanted because we felt ‘at home’! We rested in the nature and we could appreciate the beauty of an island that, outside the areas much crowded by tourists, is still full of peace. The villa is great, with a nice pool and a pleasant garden in a compound quite beautiful, with a lot of palm trees and flowers, just 5 minutes to the beaches. The service is 5 star and Khun See, the maid, took care of us in the best way. We would like to come back and we hope to do so in a not too distant future!

Magic!

We spent 15 days at Villa Phuket this February and we are thrilled. The house is much better than it appears in the web site’s photos, the compound is beautiful, full of palms, flowers and avenues in which our children could walk safely. The staff is really great: See Khun did all to make us feel pampered and Khun Gig was always available to help us or to answer our questions about how to move in the area. While not on the sea, Sujika proved to be very convenient to both the beaches over Laguna and those further north, that we liked very much because still pristine and in the midst of a wilderness. I really think that we will return next year !!!

Simply the best

This villa is simply the best, from start to finish the service provided and follow up support were second to none. Booking process was easy and the owner Raffaele supplied tons of information on the villa, sites to see, bars and restaurants to visit. We were given a very warm welcome when we arrrived by Khun Aom and Khun Si. We hired a car for a week and it was delivered directly to our door at the villa, no fuss or hassle like at the airport. The villa itself is astounding and has first class decor and facilities within and out. It is ideally placed for the surrounding areas of interest Surin Beach, Bang Tao, Phuket city too many to mention and all within 15 to 30 minutes. We had an excellent time in villa Phuket and would advise anyone of thinking of booking this villa, that it is a must and an unforgettable experience you will not forget, and the memories will be with you forever Eric & Tracey Walker

We were given a very warm welcome when we arrrived by Khun Aom and Khun Si. We hired a car for a week and it was delivered directly to our door at the villa, no fuss or hassle like at the airport. The villa itself is astounding and has first class decor and facilities within and out. It is ideally placed for the surrounding areas of interest Surin Beach, Bang Tao, Phuket city too many to mention and all within 15 to 30 minutes. We had an excellent time in villa Phuket and would advise anyone of thinking of booking this villa, that it is a must and an unforgettable experience you will not forget, and the memories will be with you forever Eric & Tracey Walker

What can we say. We try our best from the beginning to the end and we are lucky to have good and reliable people working for us. This is the way we like to do it... And then. Suddenly. It happens to read a review like this from some clients who were in our villa and appreciated what we have done for them. So, it works and we are happy for that. Paradise in Phuket!!!

This is a beautiful villa set in lush green gardens. We had a wonderful stay here and I must say I was impressed by the finish and quality of the villa, its furnishings, and appliances. Every convenience required is provided and you want for nothing else! There are many nice little touches that just make your stay all the better. Like the welcome pack of a few drinks and groceries on your arrival, magazines and guide books about the area, flawless wireless internet connection and convenient car hire arranged right to your door. The villa is located in a relaxing and quiet compound with a number of good restaurants very close. The property is looked after very well by the house maid Khun See and House Manager Khun Aom. They take care of your every need while being discreet and helpful. This property has really exceeded my expectations, and the website description does not do it justice. It has to be experienced to really appreciate just how good this place is. We've been scratching our heads a bit over suggestions for improvements. We've decided it's not possible to improve on our wonderful stay at VillaPhuket. We consider ourselves a litlle fussy but this stay has exceeded our expectations in every way. We are already discussing our return dates.

A great holiday

We are an Italian family who spent a wonderful week in VillaPhuket. Splendid villa, reception and services exceptional, top-of-the-range services, calm absolute, serenity, and what we call an Italian touch. That little sparkling feel in every small detail, from the décor to the receiving, the rooms to the garden. And I would like to thanks again the charming Khun See (the house maid) and the extremely helpful Khun Aom (the house manager/concierge). We appreciate the friendliness, hospitality of the staff and the wonderful Thai cooking of Chef R (we are proud to say that we have been the first to try this new optional service of Thai cooking at home and we gave some advice for the wine list to go with! Italian reds and whites of course). We didn’t occupy of nothing, everything was well organized. The rooms are exceptional, the beds very soft and huge, the splendid bathroom with Jacuzzi and the quiet of the Balinese Garden. This is what I call an holiday. We had a fantastic time and we will never enjoy again a stay in a hotel (Maldives’s Four Season Kudha Huraa is the only exception).

5 Star Service in Everyway!

I returned from Thailand at the end of September following a fantastic week spent at Villa Phuket. From the moment we contacted the owners, I knew we was in good hands. The service from start to finish was professional, efficient and really helpful. On arrival the house keeper Pattie along with the maid Khun See made us feel right at home and very relaxed. They are on hand for every request without ever being intrusive. Every worry and care is taken care of and nothing was ever too much. On a previous visit to Thailand I was fortunate enough to stay at the Laguna Phuket 5 star complex which is approx 10 minutes away. However the service and quality of accommodation experienced at this villa exceeded that experience in everyway. Every room is beautifully furnished and the layout works really well. The location of the villa is also very good, in close proximity to Bang Tao Beach and Surin beach as well as many places of interest. We did not have a car and thanks to Patti were able to get around fairly easily and do all excursions. However I would recommend a car to explore some of the more remote beaches and sites. All in all a fantastic holiday and I would recommend this villa to anyone and everyone. I cannot wait to return!

Wow!!! Bellissimo!

From the moment we contacted the owners, everything went exceptionally smoothly (we think they are the only ones to have an exclusive Guest Guide of 80 pages showing Phuket and all the local attractions of the area). On top of this the maid and the house manager are 100% helpful. Khun See seemed to appear and disappear with no invasion on our privacy (I would have loved to take her home with us) and Khun Aom arranged for us all the best and most exclusive activities we decided to do. A real 5 star hotel concierge service. We never had a problem during our stay and we really managed to relax. Every room is beautifully furnished, the garden and pool are gorgeous and the layout of the villa is made for a really intimate family holiday (we were 6 with 2 kids). The villa is ideally located in a residential area not far from Bang Tao Beach and Surin which is our favorite beach in Phuket (Surin is much more relaxed and chic than Patong) however I would recommend a car as there are many other great beaches in this area to visit and hiring one is quite cheap (the manager arranged one for us). We stayed in VillaPhuket for 1 week and really fell in love with the place. As the Italian owner would say: “Bellissimo”.

Perfect Gateway

My wife and I, along with our young baby had a terrific holiday here last March. The villa was the perfect place to relax, and everything was just a short drive away. It really is like it looks in the pictures. You only miss the smell of bougainvillea. Only good surprises for us: like the shy but helpful maid Khun See (no good English but good heart as the owners wrote to us), or the very efficient house manager. The service here is like 5 Stars Resorts. It looks like everything and everybody is there for you: you need to rent a car, here it is, you want a tour or an excursion, Khun “Somebody” is the best contact and so on. Easy. They made our holiday easier than ever. And then, plenty of great beaches nearby. Surin was our favorite. Lots of restaurants and shade to relax in. With a rental car nothing is very far and you are free to explore the island. This area of Phuket is probably the best one to be if you are interested not only in Patong and nightlife. Here you can relax and enjoy the nature. The villa rental was hassle free and everything was exactly as advertised (we asked for a pick up at the airport in advance and a taxi driver was there with a big picture of the Villa looking for us: like in the 5 Stars Hotels). The pool and outdoor area are beautiful day and night (especially at night, magic as in the main picture). We spent plenty of time here relaxing during the week. The house is everyday perfect and Khun See can also prepare breakfast. In few days she learned to do the German way!!! The decor, the music everything is fantastic. And what to say about the Exclusive Guest Guide that Grazia & Raffaele wrote for the clients? We will definitely be back. Great house in a great location!

Great Home Away from Home

This was one of the best holidays that I have had staying at Villa Phuket in Sujika Gardens... The pictures are exactly what you get, the maid (very sweet) and house managers were also very friendly and helpful with any enquiries we had. If you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of Patong (or other very touristy areas of Phuket) then I would definitely recommend staying here! Every time we left the Villa, we were so glad that we could go home at the end of the day and relax around the pool, read, watch TV and enjoy each others company without worrying about the hundreds of other tourists that holiday in Phuket. Only a very short drive will get you to the beach, supermarkets, FantaSea, waterfalls, Patong is about 20 minutes away. We did get lost on one day when going to the Gibbon Rehabilitation Centre and ended up at the very north of Phuket (near the bridge to the mainland) and we're so glad we did - the beach up there was pristine!!! I would recommend hiring motor scooters for your stay here as it is a little out of the way and it was handy to be able to come and go as we pleased. I have recommended this Villa to friends and family since returning home and will continue to recommend in the future and I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN...

Grazia and Raffaele are both journalist. They are Italians, and the villa has an 'Italian touch', as guests say. The main Grazia's interest is wellness, and you can note it looking at the natural and holistic particular in the whole house. Biological soaps and tissues, Bhuddist statues and ornaments, everything has a reason. For her, VillaPhuket is also the base of the two courses on meditation and wellbeing that she heads every year, summer and winter.
Raffaele is a photoreporter and he spent most of his life in Asia and Africa. You can see, here and there, some of his souvenirs (only Asians, the Africans ones are in their European home) or his Friends of Thailand Award 2000, his most precious journalistic award.
But, as they are not going to be here, you will enjoy the care and pampering of Khun See, VillaPhuket's maid (our house angel) and the help and attention of Khun Gig, the 'charming lady', the house manager. They will be your amazing hosts.

Grazia and Raffaele bought this property in 2006, after a long research in the area. They felt in love with Phuket while here reporting after the 2004 tsunami. At that stage, Sujika Gardens (the compound) was nearly starting. The surroundings, quiet and relaxing, were filled of gum trees plantations and very close to the most pristines beaches of the island and from Laguna, the five stars hotels area. A dreamland in the Andamane's Pearl heart. Nothing has changed.
This will be their Buen Retiro while retired.
