Everything was clean and perfectly organized. We had everything we needed for our family little get away! The hosts were attentive and always available if we needed it but it was not needed, we are thankful for allowing us to have a great quality time with our children in their home.

The condo was clean and as described. Very comfortable. There are no windows in the main areas which we missed especially on the rainy days when we kept checking to see if the weather cleared so we could head down to the beach. Parking nearby for our 2 cars worked well as we kept our beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. in them each night. Beach access was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved this place. It was perfect for our grandchildren, the heated pool, the pirate ship and the arcade. I appreciated the on site bar that had good food at a reasonable price. We didn't get to enjoy the beach because of the weather but it was just steps away.

The host was incredibly easy to get in touch with and answered all our questions promptly and kindly. The space was ideal for my two littles with the cute bunkroom. We stayed during the cooler season so were nervous about the outdoor pool being worked on and off-season updates being made around the property, but Micah was super helpful keeping us informed and up to date. Love that it's located on the quieter side of Topsail but close enough to drive in just a few minutes to "things to do" for the kiddos. It was a great size for us too. All in all, a great experience for our family :)

Gem on the beach

This is a fantastic little property. There’s a triple bunk in the kids room, games, it’s on the beach and the amenities at the property are great. There’s a bar right across that does food, a coffee shop one building over and a fantastic playground for the kids. The owner was helpful and responsive. 10/10 I’d stay here again.

Fantastic Stay!

From booking through the stay, everything was very seamless and pleasant. Micah is extremely responsive which I very much appreciated. The condo is newly renovated and very clean, and it’s clear they take cleaning very seriously. Having both a covered and non covered pool were definitely a plus since we had some bad weather. The beach access was very convenient. The kids were over the moon with the triple bunk beds. Would definitely recommend for a small family esp with young kids!

Cute and Clean Condo

The owner communicated quickly and was so willing to help or assist with any needs. It was perfect for our family of four and it was a very comfortable stay. Check out requirements were easy and liked that it was a ground unit. Decorated beautifully, looking like the pictures. True to description. Would stay here again.

A must !!!! So cute!!

We loved the pictures ! The kids absolutely loved the bunk room!! It's a beautiful place! We wanted to be on the beach, with a pool option. This was exactly what we were looking for. There are two restaurants on sight and an ice cream parlor / coffee shop. Our room was so close to the ocean. Check in and out was a breeze ! Thank you so much for making a beautiful space !! We will definitely book again!!!

ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING!!! The entire place is so beautiful with updated finishings. Perfect for families

5 Stars is not enough for this cottage it deserves double!! My family and I had the most amazing time. We felt like we were home there. My children absolutely LOVED the custom bunk beds!! They were so cool and spacious too! Micah has everything you need and more to make your stay comfortable and convenient. There was even little chocolates and a nice bottle of wine in the kitchen for us which I thought was very thoughtful. He was always available to answer any questions we had and responded immediately to my texts. The beach was amazing my family and I spent most of the day there and we loved being right on the water. It wasn't crowded at all being private to St Regis guests. There's a ramp too for anyone that has mobility needs and cannot walk up and down stairs to get to the beach which is a major plus for my family. There's an ice cream shop, arcade, beautiful pool, and more. My family and I are already planning to stay again next year and make this our annual family vacation. This cottage does not disappoint!! I highly recommend booking with Micah : )

The condo was fully equipped. There was even a box fan! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and bonus it was stocked with coffee pods, teas, trash bags, soap, and dishwashing tablets! The kids loved the bunk room (the man reason we selected this condo). There were family games available as well. The location was beside the coffee shop and we never heard noise or foot traffic, across the parking lot was the pirate themed restaurant and the food was delicious and well priced. The covered pool was right outside the back of the condo, not a far walk. A few things worth noting, this is on the first floor, the ocean view is from the bunk room window and very small. There is no balcony on this unit. The resort does not allow anything to be left outside the door or balconies so all the sandy items come inside or to your car for the night. The only negative experience we had was the refrigerator and freezer smelled like fish. We bought baking soda and lemons and cleared that up. I would absolutely stay here again!! Pro tip: The coffee next door was soo good!! My regret is I waited until our last day to try it.
