Step into an open-concept layout featuring tile flooring, comfortable living spaces, and water views that greet you the moment you walk through the door. The covered balcony extends your living space outdoors with seating for relaxing after days spent boating, fishing, or exploring Orange Beach attractions.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Primary Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom, TV, and Old River views from the room. The ensuite bathroom features a tub/shower combination. Guest Bedroom: King bed plus twin-over-twin bunk with twin trundle—perfect for families. This room accommodates up to 5 guests and has access to the guest bathroom. Guest Bathroom: Full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Total Sleeping Capacity: 7 guests (1 King + 1 King + 1 twin bunk + 1 twin trundle) Both bedrooms include TVs, ceiling fans, and quality linens provided.
BATHROOMS Two full bathrooms serve the condo. The primary ensuite features a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination and serves the guest bedroom and common areas.
LIVING SPACES The living room features comfortable seating with views toward Old River and a flat-screen TV with streaming capability. The open layout connects seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen, making it easy to gather as a group whether you're watching a movie or planning the next day's adventure. The dining area includes a round table seating 4, positioned to take advantage of the natural light and water views.
KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen features white cabinets, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. Appliances include a full-size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave. The Keurig coffee maker provides your morning caffeine, and you'll find complete cookware, dishes, and utensils for 7+ guests. Granite counters provide ample prep space for meals after shopping at nearby Publix or Walmart, both less than a mile away.
OUTDOOR SPACES The covered balcony offers Old River views with outdoor seating where you can watch boats pass, enjoy morning coffee, or unwind with sunset views over the water. The covered design provides shade during midday and protection from occasional passing showers.
AMENITIES & LOCATION Wind Drift 614 N provides access to everything that makes Wind Drift one of Orange Beach's most sought-after properties. Two outdoor pools offer swimming options whether you prefer Gulf views or bayside relaxation. First-come, first-served boat slips with direct Old River access mean you can dock right at the property. Wind Drift 614 N is 50 minutes from Pensacola International Airport and 60 minutes from Mobile Regional Airport. Parking passes are purchased directly from the Wind Drift Association ($62.10 per vehicle for up to 7 nights, maximum 2 vehicles). Additional nights require additional passes. A gate code is provided by the association.

Great location!
Overall great stay! Easy access to Robinson Island or Flora Bama Yacht Club. Convenient boat launch and trailer parking. Condo is somewhat dated but overall clean.

Clean rooms and everything about the complex was nice. There was a hiccup when trying to get in the gate bc the codes wouldn’t work but they management working quickly to get it resolved. The hot water did not get very hot in the hall bathroom but worked fine in the master bathroom although the hot water ran out quickly. Other than that it was a great place. We loved being right on the Ole River and it was close to everything.
