This SPACIOUS 2 bed/2bath unit goes on for days!! 16th floor DIRECT BEACHFRONT views that offers sought after amenities, great for rainy days! Come relax with a glass of wine on our private corner unit balcony! Our beautiful unit boasts TWO PRIMARY SUITES with king size beds and private baths that include a walk-in showers and a jacuzzi tub! This complex offer a luxurious get away and so much more located in Orange Beach, close to Walmart, restaurants, and other local attractions!

Resort living! Enjoy the BEAUTIFUL amenities: indoor pool, outdoor pool, splash pad, outdoor fireplace, gas grills, spacious well equipped workout room, steam room, and sauna.

Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance for this property.

On-Site Office for Security/Parking: You will purchase your parking pass(es) for $50 each from the front desk upon arrival. Max 2 vehicles. Front desk is located on the 3rd floor.

Covered parking has a 6’8” clearance. Higher clearance available on ground level with limited parking.

Complimentary Ice Machine- onsite, by indoor pool.

Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.

Chair rental is INCLUDED in your reservation. Includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for use from 9am to 5pm in season, which runs March 1st through October 31st. Upon your first day on beach, guest will check in with attendant to reserve the set for the duration of their stay. If the attendant is not immediately available, the guest can make themselves comfortable in an available set of chairs (one without a name tag in upper left-hand corner of chair) and attendant will approach in short time. You will need to provide the attendant with your UNIT NUMER (1601).

Off season at the beach.

Everything about this condo was great! We came at a slow time so pretty much had the building to ourselves. Views from the balcony were 180 degrees and spectacular. Condo was clean and very spacious with everything we needed. Great pools, hot tub and amenities. Building was clean and well maintained by on site staff that were always present.

My only issues with the property was dirty dishes in the cabinets and the dark kitchen countertops weren’t clean. The dishwasher doesn’t get the dishes completely clean, we found. We had to clean some of them by hand after they came out of the dishwasher. But whoever puts them away after guests have checked out should notice if the dishes aren’t clean, especially considering the high cleaning fee charged. Now, other than that, we loved the condo, the view, the comfortable furniture including beds. We first stayed at Escapes to the Shores several years ago and happy to find we loved it as much this time as we did then. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Wonderful vacation!

This was a very nice condo. Only issue was that the complimentary beach chairs were an issue each day. The attendants didn’t keep up with a spot for us and they kept trying to put us on second row when there were available front row spots. I would definitely recommend this condo though.

Perfect for Couples!

The property was nice and clean. The view was incredible. Location is great. The thing that sets this property apart was that 2 chairs and umbrella are part of the overall rental. We didn't have to take chairs back and forth which was very nice. The only complaint that I have is that we could hear the people in the unit above us which was annoying at times. Yes, I would recommend this property to couples or a small group on a girls' trip. The condo was spotless, with a spacious kitchen and balcony. The view from this unit is spectacular, and the beach is clear and clean. My only complaint is that the total cost of the rental does not include the cost of parking. The condo has an indoor pool and hot tub/spa on the ground floor, along with a gym. With all the amenities and direct access to the beach, what else could you ask for when planning the perfect getaway?

Spring 2024 trip

Condo was super clean and well stocked. The beach chair and umbrella rental that was included with our stay was a really nice touch so we didn't have to drag ours along. The fridge ice maker really cranks out the ice so we didn't need our ice maker for drinks either. We used the ice machine by the pool for coolers and had a great time on the beach!

Double king suites with a spectacular view

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. Amenities at the Escapes are great and the staff keeps everything in top shape. Beach access couldn’t have been better and the pools and splash pad were great. We had one, very minor issue and Jessica was on top of it immediately. Your descriptions and listing information were absolutely accurate. Highly recommend this property for two couples wanting to pamper themselves!

Even Nicer than the Pictures!

The pictures are great but they can't do justice to the feeling you get when you walk into these huge living spaces! The view of the ocean from this corner unit is a rare find! I love Escapes to the Shores -- the location on the beach is perfect, it's so clean, and the pool even offers a fantastic view of the ocean. This unit is so tastefully and comfortably decorated and I love the wall art! Perfect for couples since each bedroom has a king size bed and its own bath. No one gets the short end of the stick here. Such a bonus that beach service with one chair set/umbrella is included! Plus the maintenance service was fabulous-- we had an issue with the a/c and property manager responded immediately! Can't wait to go back!

Great location but bring your own cleaning supplies!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved the location! Great indoor/outdoor pool options and a private walkway to the beach where you can reserve beach chairs for your entire stay. We enjoyed watching the sharks from the balcony too! But the unit itself was so-so. They provide you the absolute bare essentials - one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, and minimal trash bags - so be prepared to either bring your own or make a Walmart run. The floor was so dirty that our 1 year old turned white pants and socks into black just from crawling; so much so that we refused to ruin any other clothing pieces for him. Shower heads have black grime caked onto them and the master bath’s toilet runs constantly if you don’t adjust the flapper valve. To sum it up: If we do return to Gulf Shores in the future, we would book elsewhere.
