Fantastic property on Grace Bay

We spent Thanksgiving week in this luxurious condo, one of the nicest properties we have ever rented. The hosts, Mark and Kiki were wonderful, very responsive and accommodating. They gave us great tips for dining and activities in advance of our stay and upon request. The condo is pristine with modern appliances, located in The Somerset, a boutique resort, not overcrowded and with friendly staff. While we spent most days on the beach, there was ample room at the pool as well. We look forward to our next trip back!

The rental was perfect for our family of four. Very clean and everything you need. The staff at the Somerset are incredibly friendly and helpful with every request we had. Everything is very clean and well kept. Beach is a very short walk and is stunning.

5 star condo at the gorgeous Somerset resort!

Our family loved staying at the gorgeous Somerset resort and this condo is so sleek and up to date, clean, quiet, comfortable and has all the amenities for a perfect stay in Turks and Caicos. We enjoyed sitting on the lovely porch that overlooked a picturesque courtyard for our breakfasts and lunches, and the pool and beach are absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed having an onsite gym for morning workouts. We used the bikes to ride into town to eat at a bakery one day which was fun. All the staff working at the Somerset are helpful, happy and nice. The chairs around the pool are super comfortable with the nice padding and the flowers and grounds all around the Somerset are spectacular. Perfection! 5 stars stay!

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful stay. The property, location, staff, all were great! The unit is in a great location and convenient to everything at the resort as well as the "Grace Bay" downtown area. The property is unique in that it's not a resort, it's not a time share, it's the best of both. It was very quiet and the staff on site were very friendly. The unit is perfect for a family of 4 with the downstairs bedroom for our two young teens and the upstairs master for us. There is beach and pool side service with lounges and towels provided. The property also offers a gym and spa. Would definitely recommend this villa and property.

Great stay

Had some issues with Wifi and they were immediately fixed. The beach and pool were beautiful. There was no race to get chairs and there was kayaks, paddle boards, floats, and small sailboats available for use. It is on a beautiful beach!

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would! The property was clean, perfectly located, stocked with everything you’ll need for a relaxing vacation, AND has the best property managers. I have already recommended this property to many friends. Mark and Kiki were incredibly responsive and patient with all of my questions. Because they live on the island, they were able to recommend the best locations for food, grocery store, etc. Turks is truly paradise, but staying in this property takes all the guess work out of making sure you can truly relax in paradise. Amazing getaway

Our first trip to Turks & Caicos could not have been made any better than our beautiful resting spot at Mark and Kiki’s place. The home was perfect for the two of us and would have easily accommodated two kiddos in the second bedroom. We were removed from any “noise” at the pool if there has been any, but just a few steps to it and the beach so it was perfect. All of their recommendations were great as well for excursions and dining. We walked or rode bikes into the nearby shopping area, and took a taxi when needed - no rental car needed! We hope to be back soon and would love to return to this home. Thanks for hosting us!!

Absolutely ideal

This residence at The Somerset was exactly what we wanted for our Turks and Caicos vacation. We loved having the two bed-two bath, full kitchen, privately-owned unit for our family all while having full access to the resort amenities. The garden setting is super pretty, quiet, and just a minutes walk to the pool and beach. The condo is spacious, wonderfully appointed with a well-stocked kitchen, and very comfortable. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. Beyond the unit itself, Mark and Kiki are incredibly responsive hosts. From early booking to our stay on the island, they provided important and thoughtful information. Whenever we reached out to them, they responded immediately. We had a particular complication with our travel and Mark helped out tremendously. He went above and beyond in his efforts to assist us. We give this residence at the Somerset and Mark & Kiki our highest recommendation.

Comfortable luxury

Our family of four (two adult children) had an amazing time in this condo. We prefer low-key resorts (vs the "all-inclusives" or large resorts with lots of people) so this was perfect for us. Hosts were fantastic communicators before and during our trip. The unit was clean and well-appointed and the kitchen was a huge plus for us and was also well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms are well-separated. I would have like the layout better if the second bathroom was on a different level (both bathrooms are on same level as the master bedroom) but it was totally fine as it is nice to even have two bathrooms! The beach and pool were beautiful and the staff was some of the nicest hotel staff we have ever encountered - and we travel frequently for what that's worth. This accommodation enabled us to stay in Turks & Caicos for less than renting two hotel rooms, but the trip itself was incredibly expensive. Not sure we will ever splurge this much again but if we can we will go back to T&C and stay here!

Great location and resort

The location on Grace Bay offers a spectacular beach. The resort is clean, well maintained, and well staffed. It's also nice and close to Caicos Dream Tours if you like activities. Hosts are excellent to deal with and are on Island which is nice to know.
