Nagelneue Renovierung 1/2020, unglaublicher Meerblick!

Wir haben diesen Ort erst im August 2019 gekauft und komplett renoviert. Alles ist brandneu für 2020. Die Villa verfügt über ein bequemes King-Size-Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein Queen-Size-Bett im Wohnzimmer, eine geflieste Dusche, alle neuen Geräte aus schwarzem Edelstahl und Stein in der Küche sowie große Smart-TVs im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer. Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm und Fahrräder inklusive! Alles nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und ein paar Blocks vom Colingy Plaza und der Tiki-Hütte entfernt!

Das Hotel liegt in Seaside Villas, einem geschlossenen Komplex am Meer, zwei Blocks von der Coligny Plaza und der Tiki-Hütte entfernt. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Herzen des Hauptstrandes von Hilton Head.

Enjoyed our short stay at Totally Beachin’! Communication with the hostess was prompt and welcoming. The Villa was close to the elevator and an easy walk to the beach. Everything was clean and as expected, except the beach chairs, paper towels and toilet paper. They far exceeded the expections!

Great location steps from the beach and Coligny plaza. The condo has everything you need for a couple. Excellent communication with host. Enjoyed using the bikes that were provided and beach chairs. The pool was also very relaxing. We had a great stay.

Condo was very nice and clean! The decor was absolutely beautiful! The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on while vacationing! Has exactly everything you need. Beautiful balcony and just steps to beautiful beach! Nice quiet family atmosphere and close to shops or eating. The Klines are the best host ever.

Love Sea Side Villas

As always the condo and location fit our every need. The host were very easy to work with and made everything easy for us from the booking to our arrival and they checked on us once we arrived to see if they could do anything for us.

Great ocean view condo

The condo was an ideal home base while my wife and I were in Hilton Head. It was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The comfy bed and nice shower were especially appreciated. We enjoyed eating our meals on the balcony, watching the ocean and listening to the waves, then taking a walk on the beach afterward. Plenty of parking was available. A bonus was a very clean laundry room just a few steps away where we did two loads of laundry for only 4.50 total (1.25 per load to wash and 1.00 to dry). We absolutely would stay here again if we return to Hilton Head.

Just say ahhh and relax!!!

Our stay at HHI was perfect! The view, location to elevator and beach, and many restaurants and grocery couldn’t be better! Kendall was so pleasant to work with. I appreciated her prompt communication. We’ve stayed at Sea Side 5 times now, and this villa is one of the best in Sea Side Villas! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great Location

The property was as stated, clean and a great central location. Steps from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and coffee/pastries. We enjoyed live music at the Sandbar and Big Bamboo Cafe. Within a short drive we enjoyed eating on the deck at Hudson's and had a delicious meal at Frankie Bones. The bikes were great to use and the trails are very nice. We rode for many miles around the island. Kendall was very helpful and responsive with all communication. Thanks!

Relaxing stay

We had such a relaxing stay. The condo was very nice & clean. Had a great ocean view. Accessible to the beach, restaurants & shops. Kendall checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!

First timers

Overall had a great stay…place was beautiful, location was great & had great amenities…beach chairs & umbrella to use, extra paper products on hand and starter supply of coffee. A concern we did have was when the bedroom door is closed, the a/c is shut out since the window unit is in the living room. Since the bedroom is at the entry, unruly neighbors can be heard in the hallway at night. Thank you for a great introduction to Hilton Head Island and thanks for the sweet welcome gift. When we return to HHI, would consider renting here again.

Quick beach getaway

The condo was adorable. The space was roomy for the two of us to take a short quick trip to Hilton Head. Location was great with a short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We would definitely recommend this place to others that are looking for a place on the island.

Great condo - perfect for 2 or small family!

My husband and I had a great time in this condo - super clean and exactly as pictured with all the amenities. It was perfect for two people or for a family with small kids. We loved the proximity to the ocean and to shopping and restaurants. The hostess, Kendall, was great and very responsive. We look forward to coming back here in the future.

Excellent Property

Great spot in Hilton Head! Convenient location. Unit is well furnished and has good beach chairs and other beach equipment! Kendall was great to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions! Perfect spot for a couple that is right on the beach! Complex was also very quiet and fairly empty over the New Year holiday (Dec 31st - Jan4th) for anyone looking to visit HHI. Highly recommend !

Everything about our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The host, Kendall, did a great job of checking in on us every day, and we even were able to check in early on the first day because she was so on top of things! The place was extremely nice and clean, and the view was even better than the pictures! Just steps from the beach, an easy walk to Coligny, and within 5-30 minutes from any golf course. 10/10 would stay there again!

Could use a good cleaning

If one doesn't look too closely it would appear to be clean. Not really the case. My glasses accidently feel on the floor in the bedroom and went under the dresser. There is candy, etc. under it. Didn't check under the bed. Turned on the oven to heat leftovers and it started to smoke - didn't use it. Needs a cleaning. The refrigerator on the other hand was spotless.
