This completely renovated 3bd 2ba home & 1bd 1ba in-law suite boasts charm, modern amenities, natural light, a cozy fireplace, & outdoor firepit.

We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures of our home very seriously. All linens are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean.
This home does not skimp on CHARM. From the moment you walk into our thoughtfully decorated ranch, we want you to feel at home. This all starts with how we set up our beds to maximize the space.
The home is a 3 bedroom/2 bath equipped with a king and two queen beds. You'll also have access to a brand new guest house that features an additional bed & bath and full size kitchen. We've also converted the downstairs den into a pseudo-bedroom by adding 3 brand new memory foam twin-size trundle beds to the room (we'll let your family draw straws for who sleeps where—ha!). Please keep in mind that this 4th pseudo-bedroom doesn't offer the same level of privacy as the other 3 bedrooms. It does not have a door and it's located at the end of the hall downstairs.
Sure, eating at Bellaire's best restaurants is fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.
While we don't offer cable, each tv is equipped with a Roku for watching all your guilty pleasures. So feel free to BYOL (bring your own login) and log in to any service you're subscribed to.
While the home is equipped to host 11 people, we think the perfect group size is 7-8. We're more than happy to host all 11, but keep in mind it is a little cozier as it's a 1500 square foot home.
IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ
The house is newly updated and cozy but please keep in mind that this ranch is an older home and there are a few areas where its age shows. Please do not roast us in your review because some of the doors are hard to open. We believe we are priced fairly and appropriately, so if you require something super high end, this is not your place.
The downstairs den or 5th pseudo-bedroom doesn't offer the same level of privacy as the other 4 bedrooms. Its located downstairs and there is an air duct that taller members of your party may have to duck slightly under to access. That's the price they have to pay for being taller than the rest of us:) This is the only room downstairs with low clearance.
The main house has a full size gas water heater, but the in-law suite could only accommodate a 20 gallon water electric heater. When taking a shower in the suite there is roughly 5 minutes of hot water and then it takes 20-80 minutes to fully reheat.
Please keep in mind that the drain leads out of the house are sensitive. So please do not flush ANYTHING that's not toilet paper.
Our neighbor has a wonderful dog named Shadow. She is a lover and mostly stays in here own yard, but sometimes she gets curious and likes to wander over.
In an effort to secure the premises, we've installed a google floodlight at the front of the home & a google doorbell. The town of Bellaire is very safe, but this helps us keep an eye on the property & check when our Amazon packages arrive :)
We do have an amazing firepit that you are encouraged to use, but the home is BYOF (bring your own firewood). There is firewood available for purchase at various locations near town and at gas station 100 yards from the home.
Downtown Bellaire! All the local shops, eateries, brewery, distillery, bars, etc are within walking distance. Right in the action, but at the same time, quiet and quant.
Plenty of parking in the large driveway. We recommend walking to town, especially if you're going to visit the brewery & distillery! The Ski Resort, Championship Level Golf Courses, Lake Bellaire Public Access, and the Glacier Hills Trail System are a 5-10 minute drive.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a ring security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group come to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.

This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.

Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.
PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING. Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb.
**Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
** Smoking in the home: $150
**Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent. $75
