Cajun Party Place is a very neat place with Great Views, Large Living-room and plenty of space to stretch out…There is Game Table and Billiards Table. The Bar Counter top has a Ice Maker and plenty of seating. Outside a lean-to porch with Bar-B-Que Pit and Benches. Large yard, with nice sitting area, Pier and Floating Dock. Situated in a quiet Cove in Lanan Creek, just East of Hwy 191. Great Fishing and Great Fun await you at Toledo Bend lake!


No Inside Pets. No Smoking.
For an early check in and/ OR a late check out, you must request it and IF there`s not a FLIP (meaning no one is checking in or out on the same day as you are) during that time THEN, an early check in OR a late check out is available for a Fee of $25 (per request, via 25 for early check in and 25 for late check out) If you`re not okayed for an early check in your door code will not arrive until 3:30 pm.

The Cajun Party Place will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
The Cajun Party Place Is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking The Cajun Party Place are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
