Negreet Retreat is a water front home located in a quiet calm cove excellent for fishing. A super short boat ride gets you to the main lake of Toledo Bend and a 5 minute boat ride to Cypress Bend resort. This new, clean and cozy lake house has its own private concrete boat launch, fishing pier and floating dock. 2 single person Kayaks are included for you use during your stay. The boat house has one powered boat slip ( sometimes 2!) for your use along with a fish cleaning station with water and electricity. Excellent views from the large patio with comfy furniture. Enjoy any type of water sports or just relax by the fire pit! Excellent retreat for relaxing and watching birds of all sorts. We have added a whole home generator so no worries there. We have No outrageous cleaning expectations! We just ask that you take trash to the road in a bag, we even provide the bags 😊.
