Located on Lanan Bay if water sports is the thing, they have and area near by for it. Late in the afternoon you can enjoy grilling and sitting on the waters edge near the fire pit. This location is highly sought after for its location at mid-lake. 5 minutes to Toledo Town. If pier fishing is what you looking for, you can't beat this location.

BOAT LAUNCH: The Lanan Bay Boat Ramp is approximately 3 miles from the house.

SAFETY: Smoke alarms are installed through out. There is a fire extinguisher under kitchen sink and on the back patio.
