Guest Access:
Upon your arrival, the attentive security and front desk reception concierge will warmly welcome you, available 24/7 to assist you with any inquiries or needs. They will provide you with keys and fobs granting access to various amenities within the building, including the gate to the beach, laundry facilities, tennis court, and gym. Should you desire additional cleaning visits during your stay, kindly arrange these with me in advance. Please note that housekeeping services do not include dishwashing or personal laundry.

Other Things to Note:
For your comfort and safety, the maximum occupancy of our condo is four guests, all of whom must be included in your booking. Prior written permission from the owners is required for any outside visitors you may wish to invite. To facilitate this, please make your request at least one day in advance to allow ample time for the necessary arrangements to be made.
