Das Hotel liegt im luxerious V177 Komplex mit auf dem Dach ein solar beheizten Infinity-Pool mit einem Salzwasser-Reinigungssystem und als eine erstaunliche Meerblick. Neben dem Pool finden Sie den beheizten Jacuzzi. Es gibt einen Grillplatz mit einer voll ausgestatteten Grill für Sie zu nutzen, ein Fitnesscenter, Liegestühle, TV-Lounge und WLAN-Zugang. Die Gäste haben den Vorteil der Sicherheit vor Ort und mit dem Aufzug in jeder Etage.

Die Wohnung selbst ist im 5. Stock mit direktem Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und eine LED-Smart-TV mit ROKU TV. System. Natürlich Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist stilvoll und direktem Zugang zur Wohnung überdachte Terrasse mit 6 Sitzen Tisch hat. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es SMART TV LED mit ROKU auch installiert.
Das Wasser wird dreifach in dem Gebäude gefiltert, so dass man von jedem Wasserhahn trinken können. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und der Kühlschrank hat ein Gefrierfach enthalten. Das Bad hat eine Marmor-Waschbecken und Dusche mit gehärtetem Glas.

Beautiful View of the Bay

We were returning guests to this property and will return in the future. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there for a lengthy stay. It has a great view of the ocean and easy access to the attractions of the Zona Romantica. The unit is well cared for and well-stocked. We ate-in frequently and used the barbeque on the 7th floor. The pool deck is comfortable and social with full sun or shady areas, depending on what you want.

Loved it!

Stayed end of Oct. It was hot, so we spent more time in condo than we usually would. Nightly sunset rooftop pool was great! Fabulous clean condo, beautiful ocean view, every thing we needed for our first trip to PV!

we stayed here Sept 13 - 21. The condo building is located literally steps from beachfront restaurants and beach clubs. The rooftop pool and view are phenomenal at night. The condo and building are clean and well maintained. The host Andrea was extremely helpful.

My wife and I have stayed at the Romantic Zone on several occasions and this lovely condo was certainly our favorite place to stay … excellent in every respect… Great King Bed… Wonderful view of bay.. One block to La Palapa (quality beach front dining) .. lovely infinity pool on roof with ample chairs… very easy check in and friendly front desk .. well managed indeed…Already looking forward to our next stay here.

Very Pleased

As others have mentioned the unit is ideally located on the south end of zona romantica. Walk to everything. We used the patio with great ocean views and a cool breeze frequently. Nice sunsets from the pool area as the patio gets afternoon sun and you can find nice shade up top. We didn’t cook at all as there are plenty of restaurants.

Ideal location for us

This was our second stay in this condo. The building (V-177) is ideally situated for everything we like to do in Puerto Vallarta; the building staff are always friendly and helpful. The condo itself is beautifully maintained, with wonderful sunset bay views everyday. We hope to stay here again.

Everything and more !!

This property exceeded our expectations. Check in was a breeze. The unit was even available before scheduled time. It was spotless and well stocked with everything and anything you may need. The view was beautiful. Comfortable seating on the balcony made for a great spot for reading and relaxing. The pool area was clean with gorgeous views. People we met in the building were very friendly and helpful with tips on restaurants. The property manager was terrific and extremely helpful. I had a few questions at the start and they responded immediately. I would highly recommend this condo it is a little gem and we will be returning for sure. I can see why it is booked well in advance. I have no cons whatsoever Our stay was excellent!!

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. Location is the absolute best. Great Views. V177 building staff are wonderful. Just a couple of concerns: Livingroom Furniture pictured is not what is there, current furniture is by far less elegant. PVRPV Management did not meet us at check-in. This was frustrating and made check-in more difficult. Thank you.

Excellent Property

The property was extremely well maintained, both inside and out. It was one block from the beech with a great view. A short walk (1/2 block) to convenience stores, one open 24 hours a day. Very near restaurants and bars with an amazing choice of options. Internet was excellent. The only negative was the rooftop pool closed for repairs the last four days we were there, but the owner gave us a rebate on part of our stay.

Beautiful Property Perfect Location

This was the first time we did not stay at a resort and we absolutely loved this property. The building is safe, secure, and gorgeous. The rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and lounge areas are stunning - we loved the bright colors and the fridge where we could store our beverages! It is only one block from the beach and the unit itself was amazing. You can hear and see the surf when sitting on the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept us cool! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Apartment near the beach

The property was specifically selected for location, near the beach, balcony with view and the rooftop pool where we expected to spend afternoons. Upon arrival we were informed that the pool was under maintenance and would be available the next day. The pool was NEVER available throughout our entire visit. The manager did provide a small refund when asked but the issue I have is the roof top and pool maintenance had been scheduled for WEEKS and we were never informed or provided the opportunity to move to a different building. There are lots of alternatives. To make matters worse on the second day the single elevator goes out of service with the promise to return to service next day. It never returned to service requiring a five story walk up every time we went out. Just beware that this renter is not very honest in reflecting the condition of the property when it might cause you not to book. Same on him and on VBRO for allowing these business practices.

Perfect Stay.

This stay exceeded my expectations . It was close to everything, very secure, quiete, clean, and incredible air conditioning. Coming back to this room and sleeping was incredible as they have air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. If I came back I would definitely stay here again. Beach is 100 steps away. Groceries, pharmacies, restaurants are just steps away.

The View

I loved the condo and especially the view!. Everything was in walking distance and people I met while eating out were nice. My only draw back was my experience with the concierge when I got there. He was rude to me from the moment he arrived at 3pm until he left, most likely because I cancelled his ride to and from the condo for $990 pesos (I spent $500 round trip btw). He asked me 5 times if I was going to be there Alone and I kept saying yes, after the first couple times I started to get uncomfortable being a woman alone in another country. Also, they were not done cleaning it after 3pm and they left me with the rest of the laundry to finish up in the washer and dryer. I also had to clean the old coffee out of the coffee maker and finish folding and drying the towels, so I could use them. Luckily, other than that I did not have to deal with him anymore and the rest of my trip was nice and relaxing.

Spent so much time on the balcony!

We stayed here for 6 days and it was absolutely perfect! The location could not be better, a block away from the start of the boardwalk and from a restaurant that will set up resort style beach seating for you and serve you all day! We spent so much time on the balcony during the day and at night, watching the sunset and looking at the stars. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was absolutely epic, and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. We also used the rooftop pool and gym everyday, what an awesome perk! Definitely going to recommend this place to everyone we know! Thank you!

Dutch couple that loves to have a nice condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta.

Puerto Vallarta has through out the year lovely temperatures. We chose to buy this apartment because it is in the heart of the old town, close to the beach and has all restaurants, clubs and bars at walking distance but still has quiet surroundings. Add up to this the roof terrace with the free use of the pool, jacuzzi, gym, lounge area and barbecue area and you understand why it was an easy choice.

First of all the view from the balcony and the sunset you can enjoy while chilling on the lounge bed. We own this place now since some years and regularly we renew, replace and update furniture, bed, TV's so it feels like home when we open the door. And we love to share that feeling with the people that rent our place and consider to be our guests.
