Excellent location and ocean view. Good air conditioning, TV, and kitchen. Near the party areas of town, which were sometimes audible. The main shortcoming during our stay was inconsistent hot water. It is as advertised, affordable, and works well for two people who want the location.

The condo itself was fairly up to date . The building it was in is older and a bit dated . We were there during “rainy season” . Checking the weather forecast for a month said 50% rain everyday . It barely sprinkled briefly three different days and rained late one night . Thunderstorms in the west made for great viewing from the nice sized deck . Using the beach side gate near the pool made for easier access to pretty much everything we wanted to do . From there we were a half a block off the beach near the Blue Chair bar/restaurant about a 1/4 mile south of the pier . The base price in the original screen was slightly higher once you got closer to booking . That price was exactly what we paid , no hidden cleaning etc fees hidden later . Cute place , hardly anyone around , I would stay here again .

We had an excellent stay! It was exactly what Barry had described in his add. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The sunsets were to die for! We enjoyed many glasses of wine watching the sun go down! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils! The bed was comfy! Barry responded to our questions quickly and his assistant Beatriz was awesome. Beatriz was only a phone call away. Overall we would give this condo a TEN!

Just as described and could not have been happier with the location and accommodations! Host is very accessible and helpful with anything needed. Front desk staff and neighbors are also welcoming and helpful. We loved walking all around town exploring, but I recommend bringing tennis shoes as the streets are cobblestone and hilly. It’s also quite easy to grab a taxi or get an Uber. Tons of great places to eat and galleries to visit. Wonderful, beautiful place and we definitely want to come back!

We booked this condo for location and comfort of the furnishings. The balcony facing the bay was fantastic and the outdoor patio furniture was comfortable. Inside the condo the sofa was best I've seen in vrbo rentals. The pool was great, in the sun most of the day, with a water feature that helped reduce area noise quite a bit. The surrounding beach clubs do play music most of the day and into the night. Communication with the host was good. One note, the bathroom area is a step up from the main level. Not a problem but something to be aware of if you might have travelers with mobility issues. We really enjoyed the Zona Romantica area for easy food options and the beautiful beach.

Great Stay!

My mom and I stayed here and had an absolutely fantastic stay! Great location, nothing better than waking up to a ocean view every morning. Pool was absolutely fantastic. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Stay Near the Beach!

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and met all our expectations. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, beach was a short walk away. There was a bit of noise at times, but nothing that disrupted our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend! Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect spot!

Loved this condo! Not only was it centrally located to everything I wanted in the romantic zone, we could literally walk out the back gate to the beach. It was bright, airy, stayed cool during the day and very clean and inviting. We definitely plan on staying here again

The condo views are amazing! The kitchen was well equipped and everything was spotless. We were aware of the cobblestone streets and the hill to climb but didn’t realize the climb was as tough as it was as we are seniors and have some mobility issues. The pool was fantastic. The property management was prompt and efficient dealing with minor issues that we had. A great stay!
