PARKING: 2 parking spaces are available in the front of the house and labeled with your unit #.

GARBAGE: for long stays, garbage/recycling pick-up is Wednesday morning. Bins are located just inside the fenced-in gates facing the street on either side of the house. They can be left on the street on Tuesday night.

SMOKING: allowed outside. Ash trays located on back patio.

For check-in you'll be given a unique smart lock code to access your private unit, fully equipped with all necessities including laundry, kitchen, bathroom, and appropriate amenities.
