Casa Bella: Great location for a Beach Vacation

Beach vacation bliss awaits at Casa Bella! This 1st floor condo features a king suite, bedroom with 2 twin beds, a sleeper sofa and 2 full baths-perfect for families. The fully-equipped kitchen, lanai dining, & cozy family room are perfect for making vacation memories. Unwind by the pool, play tennis, or explore nearby Ft. Myers Beach & Sanibel Island. Super Target is across the street & there are several shops and restaurants nearby. We provide beach essentials--just bring your flip flops!

*THE PROPERTY*
This first-floor, newly renovated condo is a cozy, yet modern beach oasis. You'll be greeted with natural light when you step into the open concept kitchen, dining room and family room. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials and modern appliances, including a double oven. The dining room table can seat 6 comfortably and flows into the family room. The family room features a queen sofa bed and 50 inch HD TV with standard cable and access to your streaming services. Off the family room is the screened-in lanai with a garden view and a large dining table to seat 6.

The is king bedroom suite sits in the back of the condo with an attached bathroom that has a large walk-in shower with a bench and separate water closet. The twin bedroom is in the front of the condo, with another full bathroom that has a tub shower. Both bedrooms have their own HD TVs with access to your streaming services or the standard cable channels.
Laundry is free and in-unit. High-speed internet is provided throughout the condo.

Steps from the condo is the community pool with sun loungers and pool house. You’re welcome to use the gas grills (BBQ utensils in the condo) and enjoy your dinner poolside in the pool house. Across the street, you’ll find the tennis court (racquets in the condo), a bocce ball court, and basketball hoop for you to enjoy. Beach and pool essentials--beach towels, pool/beach toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and cooler on wheels- are provided for you during your stay.

There is a designated parking spot for one car in front of our door. Guest spots are available for visitors.

There is a pack ’n play available kept in the condo for you to use.

*GUEST ACCESS*
Guests will be sent a unique access code within 48 hours of their stay to unlock the front door.
As a guest, you have access to the entire condominium (a kitchen, dining area, lounge area with TV and sofa bed, master bedroom and bathroom, twin bedroom and bathroom and laundry) the pool and the pool house. You also have a designated parking spot with guest spots and handicapped spots available, too.

*DETAILS TO NOTE*
-Must be 21+ to reserve this condo.
-There is no smoking in the condo. This includes the lanai and pool area.
-The HOA requires an application for renters. Information may be requested from you to fill out this form. A prompt reply is requested.
-The visitor parking spots are for visitors of guests, not parking spots condo renters.
- There is strict "no pet" policy here for renters. Please refrain from brining your pet along.
-Guests must use their own streaming service accounts. Standard cable is provided.
-Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
