Fabulous property in a lovely community! Stayed with my in laws, husband and 2 children and there was more than enough room and things to keep us entertained. The pool was great, the house was lovely and clean, it had everything we could have needed. The hosts were so easy to get it contact with if needed. Would 100% stay again! If you’re planning a visit would recommend making the trip to Clermont for the farmers market on Sundays, such a beautiful place and lovely people! Thanks Helen & Bill for allowing us to vacation in your lovely home!

Good place for the price

The house met our needs and the kids loved the pool. The property manager was quick to respond to our requests and we had a great time overall. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is close to amenities like Walmart and fast food restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay while at the house. We felt response was prompt and attentive. Sadly weather didnt cooperate for us to fully enjoy the outdoor amentities but it was nothing we can control. If I was to give any feedback, we'd ask that you look into the ceiling fan in the one twin bed room right off stairs to the right. It is loud, unstable, and scary to turn on due to it seeming like it will fall from ceiling. The mattress in the master room upstairs was told me that it was uncomfortable. This is third party mention as its not where I roomed at the house. But overall...we were pleased with the stay and happy to return. Thank you

Nice House

This was our 1st family Christmas vacation and we felt very comfortable in the home. Nice spacious rooms and enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Although, I would highly recommend replacing the linens and 2 of the tv's did not work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Very pleased with the home and amenities.

The home was very clean and everything worked properly. All the kids enjoyed the pool when we were at the home. The close proximity to Disney and Universal Studios allowed us to visit the parks and escape back to a quiet neighborhood. I will definitely try to book this home again if we return to the Disney area.
