Guests will have access to Unit C, a 2 bedroom upstairs apartment with direct access to the shared laundry room. The laundry room contains 2 washers and 2 dryers for you to use. ONE garage space is available. The garage is shared with Unit A. Street parking is available.

This apartment is part of a building with neighbors and other units close by — please be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings.
For your security, please keep doors and windows locked when you're out, and avoid leaving valuables outside or on walkways.
The laundry room is a shared space. Markon Semi isn't able to take responsibility for valuables lost or stolen there.

A Ring doorbell is installed on the property for added security.
This home isn't childproofed, and some windows or features may not be tempered or safety glass. We ask that children be personally supervised at all times to avoid the risk of injury. By staying here, you agree to take full responsibility for the safety of any children or guests in your party, including for any accidents or injuries, regardless of cause.
We're close to a construction site that's active Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM. We know this can be disruptive, and while it's outside our control, we wanted you to know ahead of time.
If you leave something behind, let us know — we're happy to mail it back if you cover the shipping cost. We can't guarantee we'll catch everything, though, so it's worth doing a final sweep before you go.
