Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Modern upper-unit 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, around 1,500Sqft with ocean views, 2 patio parking spaces. From the balcony upstairs, you’ll enjoy the great ocean views and the rear deck is a spacious private and retreat. Walk out of front door to dip your toes in the sand and sea, or hop on a bike for a ride to cafes, restaurants, groceries around the Newport Pier and much more!
BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION, WE WILL NEED YOUR AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES:
* Our home is NOT for parties. That includes bachelor/ bachelorette, Guys or Girls getaways, Quinceañeras, or any other loud, adult gathering. If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise late into the night, please choose another home. Right to cancel reservation without refund.
* No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside the house. A $1,000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and scrub walls.
* No pets please! Service dog needs to be disclosed and approved prior to arrival with documentation. If we find any pet evidence, damage cost will be $500 per pet per night.
* No loud noise or music BETWEEN 10PM - 7AM. After 10 PM we kindly ask all conversation and activity be moved in indoors to respect our neighbors.
* No moving / Rearranging of the furniture.
* No unplugging of the electronics like TVS, lamps, etc.
Check-in time is after 4:00PM
Check-out time is 10:00AM
* Upper Unit has 2 car parking spaces.
Space letter A & B. Street public parking is also available on first come first serve basis. Owner and host are not responsible for guest’s violation.
* Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, turn off stove, oven, AC or heater every time you leave the home.
* Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
* The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.
* Only registered guests are allowed on the property!
* This property has camera or recording device by the front patio and outside the parking area only for security purposes.
* We’re not responsible for any lost packages or mails you may have delivered to the property.
* Available BBQ grill is available on site. However, guests to provide their own tank or have the tank refilled at usage and clean up the grill after themselves. Additional grill cleaning will be charged.
* Please be mindful that there’ll be guests living right below you, at the lower unit. Our curfew hour for both units is between 10PM-7AM.
* NO SUBLEASE ALLOWED!
*** Notes to our valuable guests: We’re delighted to have you stay at our beautiful home! In the event that you need to shorten your stay for any reason, please note that refunds are generally not possible. Our bookings are often made well in advance, and it can be challenging to accommodate last-minute changes or find replacement guests. In some cases, we may be able to offer a partial refund if we can secure another reliable guests for the same dates. However, this will depend on availability and other factors. Thank you for your understanding!
PETS:
Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service dog.
1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or dog.
Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. The animal must be under control of the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
In 2022, other booking sites and the Airlines no longer treat Emotional Service Animals as Service Animals. If you have an ESA, you can book a pet friendly property and pay the applicable pet fees.

This home is privately owned; the owner/host and cohost are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are NOT responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
