This spacious, family-friendly home is located in the most sought-after residential neighborhood in town, Playacar - nestled between the beach and Playa's vibrant downtown.

Natural light, stunning Mexican art, and local hardwoods fill the home with warmth and a feeling of peace as soon as you walk in the door. Relax by the large pool - shared with only 8 other units, enjoy the smart TVs and Xbox online, spend a day at the golf course, or work from a private workspace with Starlink internet.

Each bedroom has a desk and office chair creating three private, dedicated workspaces. The master bedroom even has a desk large enough for two people. If this isn't enough, the best co-working space in Playa del Carmen is less that a 5 minute walk from your front door. All bedrooms have air conditioning units and the three bathrooms make it easy to accommodate larger groups.

The fully equipped kitchen is great for cooking or just making a cup of coffee. We have various coffee-making devices including a Dolce Gusto machine, drip pot, and a french press.

The house has one dedicated parking spot for guests.

Please note: house is not baby proofed. There are indoor stairs. Guests can directly access the pool from the back patio and there is no safety fencing for children. Please watch your children in the pool and courtyard. The pool is also not heated or cooled and will reflect the seasonal temperatures.
