Casa Bonita liegt am weißen Sandstrand von Tulum.

Unser 1000 Quadratmeter großes Haus wurde entworfen, um die Schönheit des Strandes einzufangen und gleichzeitig Privatsphäre zu bieten. Im Schatten der Palmen gelegen, fängt Bonita die Meeresbrise und die türkisfarbene Karibik durch weite Glastüren ein, die sich nach draußen öffnen. Ein Schatten Palapa und Liegestühle sind nur wenige Schritte von Ihrer Villa entfernt, so dass Sie uneingeschränkten Zugang zum Strand genießen können.

Restaurants, Yoga-Kurse, Spas und Boutiquen sind nur wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt, so dass Sie bequem zu ausgezeichneten Restaurants laufen können, ohne Schuhe anzuziehen.

Tulum ist sicher, so dass Sie den Strand zu jeder Zeit zu Fuß zu genießen, unter dem Licht des Mondes einschließlich.

Seekajaks und Boogie Boards stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung.

Der offene Wohnbereich von Casa Bonita ist hell und funktional. Es gibt eine Sitzecke im Freien mit Kissen und eine Außendusche im Grünen. Künstlerische Elemente und organische Details geben dem Haus ein einzigartiges Tulum Strandgefühl.

Das Obergeschoss des Hauses ist eine Master-Suite mit einem schönen Palapa-Dach, Kingsize-Bett und einem Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer fängt die Meeresbrisen ein und bleibt auch in der Hitze angenehm. Es gibt ein ensuite Badezimmer und eine kundenspezifische Dusche.

Es ist ein semi-privaten Schlafbereich im Erdgeschoss mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Ort, um Ihre Sachen zu setzen. Dies ist ein großartiger Ort für Familienmitglieder oder Freunde zu bleiben.

Tägliche Zimmerreinigung und groundskeeping werden zur Verfügung gestellt (außer Sonntag). Chef, Yoga und Kinderbetreuung im Haus zur Verfügung.

Best Vacation Ever

Just book it. You will not regret it. Perfect location in Tulum walking distance to everything, amazing on site taco and breakfast stand, and next door is a resort you can utilize for full restaurant, yoga classes, and exercise classes etc. Just book it! Great for our girls trip, but also would be great for family trips with kids!

Perfect everything

Everything about this place was perfect. Walking distance to everything, layout of the home, everyone has their own full bathroom, the food on site was delicious. Will definitely book again.

Amazing quick getaway

Absolutely beautiful property conveniently located in the hotel area. We didn’t venture out too much because we took advantage of the very well maintained pool and beach which is steps in front of the house. The rooms are beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed! Anything we needed, there was always someone available to help. I would definitely recommend 100%!

Tulum Getaway

My husband and I chose this beautiful destination for our anniversary trip and we fell in love with this property. From the amazing scenery to the accommodations, Zorba beach homes met all our expectations. We were greeted by Chabely upon arrival and she was a delight to work with giving us incredible dining recommendations and suggestions on things to do. The property was well maintained with its lush palms, private pool and beach access. We dined several times at the taco stand and the food and drinks were great. We stayed in the penthouse and the views of the beach and water were incredible. If you are looking for a quiet place to go and relax, look no further than Zorba beach homes.

Beautiful House on the Beach

Perfect house for our group of 4 woman. We were in Tulum celebrating a 50th birthday and loved having a house which offered more space than your typical hotel room. The view is breathtaking both upstairs and downstairs. Guy and Chabely were incredible hosts, made us feel like part of the family. We hired chef Irma twice to cook for us which was a lovely experience, came right off the beach to a delicious meal waiting for us. We had massages on the upstairs patio....such a relaxing trip.

Amazng view, and even more amazing staff!

We stayed for 5 days, and wish we could have stayed longer a this beautiful casa! To say it was magical doesn't even cover it. We were warmly welcomed from Chabely, Snow, and Guy. Everything you could need is in the home. We cooked, and relaxed and enjoyed a wonderful view right from the kitchen! It was even better than the photos. The bed was so comfortable, and very soft sheets. We have stayed in many hotels in Tulum and will definitely only stay here from here on out! Beautiful Relaxation with Impeccable Service

The concierge service was impeccable with grace and refined elegance. All the services were seamless from our private pick up at the airport all the way throughout our stay the entire staff was professional, service oriented, friendly and helpful with great kindness. The place was clean and the cleaning service was done in a timely manner yet very thorough and perfectly neat each time. We had our breakfast with the on-site taco stand whose preparations were consistently prepared fresh, five-star rating and in a timely manner while we enjoyed the beach front view. The private beach front was always clean with the gentleman tending to the beach each morning as well as property security on site keeping the private property area nestled with relaxed seclusion. We were certainly able to enjoy our stay immensely and highly recommend anyone interested to stay at the one of the Mahayana properties to do so. It is centrally located with walking distance on the beach or along the street for restaurants or just a casual walk to take in the local ambiance.

A WEEK IN PARADISE

The house was perfectly beautiful , with the most glorious location and spectacular view imaginable. We were in Tulum to attend a destination wedding traveling from Southern U.S. From the moment our plane landed in Cancun, we had an easy, worry-free 8 days! Every single individual we encountered in customs and transportation to Casa Bonita made us feel so welcome and relaxed...this definitely helped with the initial possibility of travel anxiety. THEN...arriving at Casa Bonita was like arriving in paradise! We have been on many beach trips, but never have had a location such as this. The views from the patio are exactly as you see on their advertising...and just a dozen steps to sit on the beach! We had everything we needed in the house and the staff members are just wonderful! All of the particulars about the house and special requirements are clearly described in all advertising and contracts, so no unhappy surprises... WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PROPERTY!!! My only regret is that I could not stay longer!

Had an amazing time staying here for 8 nights. Came here with wife and 2 Adult daughters. We all had a blast. Beautiful house with a concierge and daily cleaning service. Location is right on beach seconds to minutes from fantastic restaurants. I would eat breakfast at the Real Coconut a minute walk away but there is a small taco stand on the property that services just 4 houses where you can order food. Kitchen has does not have a microwave or full oven but you really never have to cook with access to eateries. We just kept snacks and drinks in fridge. There is a blender if you want to make a smoothie or a frozen margarita. House was roomy and very clean. I had rented a car and there is private parking just in front. Once again, Location was insane. Concierge was helpful with anything you need. VIP experience. Will come again.

Casita Bonita is our home away from home!

Tulum is our favorite vacation destination and we are so happy to have found Casita Bonita! I would consider ourselves independent travelers. We prefer to rent privately owned properties and explore a city on our own, hanging out where locals do versus staying at all-inclusive resorts and going on group tours. We’ve rented Casita Bonita twice and consider it our home away from home. From the planning and reservations to the check-in and departure, the owners and management are helpful and go out of their way to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The kitchen is fully-equipped and there’s a BBQ grill in case you feel like cooking. And one of the best amenities is the private palapas, beach loungers, boogie boards, kayaks, and outdoor showers. Bonus: there were plenty of sand toys for our 3 yr old son! We love the location of this house, especially because it’s situated on a very large white sand beach, in a convenient area just walking distance from all the cool restaurants and boutiques like La Troupe, Simple, Casa Banana, La Zebra, Hartwood, Casa Jaguar, just to name a few. The beds are super comfortable and they provide high-quality linens and towels. The house and grounds are very well-maintained. The groundskeepers did a great job of cleaning the beach (removing kelp/ seaweed) every morning and housekeepers are friendly and keep the house fresh and clean. I highly recommend Casita Bonita for families with 1-2 kids, friends or two couples sharing who want to truly experience paradise with a laid, back vibe.

Left a day early because.......

I really wanted to give this property a 5 star rating. For location alone, 5 stars as it is steps away from the ocean and walking distance to several restaurants. One thing not up to par was the AC. Some may say this isn't a necessity, some will after a full day under jungle sun. The 2 smaller bedrooms worked perfectly, but the rest of the house struggled to keep any type of cool dry temperatures. The master and main area averaged 87 degrees, but the humidity made it pretty miserable. This negatively impacted our vacation as it was tough to sleep in the master and we could not gather as a family in main area. Additionally, the pool closes at 8, so if you wanted to cool off after 8, you are out of luck. The description lists a pool and a communal pool. As it turns out, they are the same. The pool shown in picture is that communal pool, which was refreshing. I'd say if you are used to being and sleeping in very humid and hot temperatures, then this is the house for you. If not, I would not recommend booking in summer. It is probably fine in fall/winter. Chabley and Miriam the on-staff management were gracious and tried to assist in any way they could. Also, the house is not equipped for higher end cooking. There is no oven, microwave, herbs/spices, only 2 knives, minimal cooking gear. There is a very nice taco bar on site open breakfast and lunch that was accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because its the beach! The ocean was very relaxing.

We are happy to hear you loved the location and the villa's style. We are in an off-grid area. When the AC units are in the correct setting, they keep the bedrooms cool for sleeping - if you need assistance with the setting, please let us know. We do realize that during heat waves, the AC in the living area is not strong enough to keep the temperatures cool but we are limited with the options available to us. Casa Bonita is right by the sea, and most of the year, the temperatures are comfortable and guests keep doors open with the sea breeze. This villa enjoys the use of the shared Mahayana property seaside swimming pool. Although the pool is not busy, we limit the hours out of respect for others and recommend a cool shower before bed if you wish to cool off and refresh. While we do not have a microwave or oven, please let us know if you need other cooking supplies or utensils. Chabely and Miriam are on the property daily to assist our guests. We will pass on your kind words to our resident breakfast and taco bar chef. It is a great amenity for our family guests, especially those with teens! Thank you for taking the time to review us! Casita Bonita is our home away from home!

Tulum is our favorite vacation destination and we are so happy to have found Casita Bonita! I would consider ourselves independent travelers. We prefer to rent privately owned properties and explore a city on our own, hanging out where locals do versus staying at all-inclusive resorts and going on group tours. We’ve rented Casita Bonita twice and consider it our home away from home. From the planning and reservations to the check-in and departure, the owners and management are helpful and go out of their way to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The kitchen is fully-equipped and there’s a BBQ grill in case you feel like cooking. And one of the best amenities is the private palapas, beach loungers, boogie boards, kayaks, and outdoor showers. Bonus: there were plenty of sand toys for our 3 yr old son! We love the location of this house, especially because it’s situated on a very large white sand beach, in a convenient area just walking distance from all the cool restaurants and boutiques like La Troupe, Simple, Casa Banana, La Zebra, Hartwood, Casa Jaguar, just to name a few. The beds are super comfortable and they provide high-quality linens and towels. The house and grounds are very well-maintained. The groundskeepers did a great job of cleaning the beach (removing kelp/ seaweed) every morning and housekeepers are friendly and keep the house fresh and clean. I highly recommend Casita Bonita for families with 1-2 kids, friends or two couples sharing who want to truly experience paradise with a laid, back vibe -- with all the creature comforts you can imagine. There is air conditioning but with the ocean breeze, who needs it? Also, here's a tip: there are 2 other rentals on the same property so if you have a larger group, you can try to rent out the whole property and have a big family reunion or vacation with friends.

Thanks for the review! Bonita is amazing for families and now that it is a full 3BR house you can easily share it with another group. We have added a seaside pool which is also great for kids, but please note we no longer have a barbecue. We hope you visit us again!

Paradise found

Snow was super easy to deal with in the booking. Caty was the property manager on site at the time. She was amazing (especially when my wife fell ill). Even met Bob - a cool cat who is the owner and I think built the place; lives in Vancouver. Great stories of the area he shared. The house is great. Upstairs master is amazing. Great breeze. Nice view. We have two small kids so they shared the bed under the stairs. Kitchen is good size. Outdoor shower is handy and downstairs patio is dreamy. Staff cleaned daily. They know some English (property manager speaks fluent English, by the way)...and I knew enough Spanish to converse with them. They are all very sweet. And not intrusive at all. Anyhow this stretch of beach is killer. Mostly small hotels. And very few homes... so you feel special. Walk to restaurants (be careful walking at night; cars and such) and bars. Bike to a little mini-mart with cold cervezas in a reach in ice chest. Some cool art stores, too. Tulum beach road has some of the best food I have had anywhere (including Paris, Madrid, Rome, and parts in between). Seriously I kid you not. But it can also cost as much. There are cheaper places too...so don't feel like you are stuck. There is good pizza and other beachy fare. My advice is you need to balance that out with trips into the pueblo. Stock up on food at St Francis market or the local big box (Cheduria I think its called? Its like WalMart). The pueblo also has great food, local color and WAY cheaper. We were there during World Cup which added to the color. Visit Batey for a fresh mojito served out of the back of a VW beetle. Love that place. Within a two block area you can get a killer crepe, a quality espresso, tapas in a mom and pop restaurant and of course, giant tortas. (USD is king on the beach road. Pesos rule in town). We had a car which worked for us. Healthier folks could bike to town (30 mins I'd say); but no chance at my age. Tulum is awesome. Do yourself a favor at least once in your life, and get off the resort and rent a house. We stayed 10 days and did a cenote, snorkeled out on the reef, climbed the ruins in Coba and more (3-day side-trip to Merida canceled due to illness. Yes...sangria is great in town. But be careful of the ice.)....and by day 2 we felt like a local. Not a day goes by I don't dream about our slice of paradise. Thanks, Snow. I hope we can return next year. Besos, Brendan

Great stay, great location

We enjoyed being on the beach right in the middle of the action. Beach road traffic can get terrible so it was great to never need to get into a car. Staff was wonderful too.

It was such a pleasure to have your family stay with us on the beach! Happy you enjoyed the central location. We do suggest arriving by Airport Shuttle to avoid driving the beach road (we can arrange private transfer for you). Once you are at Bonita it is best to walk. We hope to see you on the beach again soon!

Perfect Getaway

We stayed in three of the four homes with a large group for a friend's wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better setup. Chabely was incredibly helpful and responsive, and the property layout provided for the perfect amount of privacy that we were looking for. Tulum is truly a one of a kind place and I would without a doubt stay here again. One of the best meals we had the entire week was from the chefs that we had setup dinner with through Chabely. I would highly recommend at least one meal while on your trip!

The Best Place to Stay in Tulum

We rented all of Guy's villas for our wedding in Tulum and it was the best decision ever! It allowed all of our guests to be together for the entire weekend and gave us access to the best stretch of beach and the best restaurants in Tulum. The villas are perfectly located and Guy and Snow could not be more responsive and more helpful in answering questions and getting you acclimated. The beach in front of the villas has an amazing set up with beds and lounge chairs and the views from the bedroom of Casa Bonita are incredible. The house itself is beyond beautiful and has everything you could ever want during your stay. Honestly we could not recommend Guy's properties any more highly as the best place to stay in all of Tulum. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful

My husband and I stayed at Casita Bonita for 6 nights with our two young children (7 and 3). We had started our vacation with two nights in a hotel down the beach, but as soon as we walked into Casita Bonita the holiday became really wonderful. The house is intimate but with plenty space for us all. The kids slept in the twin beds downstairs and except for the first night, they slept really well. The house is soothing, artistic and the location is incredible. We hired a car for the duration of the trip and can't imagine not having that flexibility to be able to visit the cenotes, lagoons, ruins etc. The staff are very friendly. We hired Chef Irma one day (a must!) and then spent the next day eating all the leftovers. Next time, we will hire her the day after we arrive so we have all the breakfast/lunch/ dinner food taken care of. Things that would make the house perfect: shampoo and body wash in both of the showers and all four burners on the cooktop working properly. We loved every minute of it. Thank you Guy for your hospitality! It is a magical place. See you next time.

Amazing!

Our stay there was amazing! I wish I could have stayed forever! WE spent a little under a week, It was my husband and I and our small children! They had such a blast! I loved that the garden is the beach! They could play on the sand all the time! The house is impecable, well maintained and had everything we needed! Everyone was very helpful! Congratulations on such an amazing home! I hope to be back soon!

Great place to stay on the beach

Casa Bonita was ideal for our family of four. The adults stayed upstairs in the spacious bedroom and the kids downstairs. The house and grounds are well maintained and Guy, the owner, was available and very helpful. There were many restaurants in walking distance. We had a car and there was room to park and a few grocery stores in town. Next time we are in Tulum we will try to stay at the Casa Bonita.

Piece of paradise

We loved Casa Bonita, and the laid back, beach-front air that went with it. Guy is a lovely host, attentive to desires but encouraging of a most relaxing time, recommending staying near the house and giving great recommendations for the few excursions we ventured on because Casa Bonita was perfect for everyone. Chef Irma's meal was fantastic, and we recreated versions of it throughout our stay. Bernardo and the housecleaning staff were wonderful as well. My only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is that the kitchen was poorly stocked with equipment for the price. I thoroughly enjoyed preparing meals in the ocean breeze but expected better knives, more dishes, four eyes on the stove to work and for the equipment to be of slightly higher quality. When we arrived, one outlet didn't work but it was fixed the next day. Also, the last night and next day, the wifi didn't work, but this was ok by us. Don't go here if you cannot fully unplug. Do go here to melt into relaxation, an owl's soft hoot and a gentle gulf breeze.

Wonderful!

Casita Bonita is charming, unique, warm and welcoming. Booking it was super easy: great communication, tips and details about the house and getting there - wonderful hospitality! We are a family of four (boys 8 and 14), and the house was plenty big for us. Boys slept in twin beds in the downstairs "nook" - windows on both sides and ceiling fan made it cool and breezy at night. We loved the artsy, one-of-a-kind design and layout of the house; very open and airy. You get everything you need in the kitchen: fridge, stove, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, flatware, silverware, glasses of all kinds - everything we needed. Another big plus: water in big dispenser bottle was provided and replenished promptly: no schlepping from the supermarket. Impeccable maid service, down to arranging my little guy's stuffed animals lovingly on his bed :) The house comes with canoes and boogie boards - very big plus!! Out front (on the beach) are big umbrellas and chaises. We loved talking to Guy, the owner, who came around gave us great tips about local sights (Coba, Saliman Bay, cenotes etc). This is a wonderful house - grab it if you can (I might beat you to it!!)
