Accommodating up to 10 guests across approximately 2,942 square feet, the home combines a more secluded pool setting with a game room and access to Solterra's lazy river, waterslides, resort pool, and other recreational amenities.



One of the home's standout features is its private outdoor living area. Privacy hedging surrounds the screened pool area, helping create a more secluded atmosphere where your family can swim, relax, and enjoy time together.



The southeast-facing private pool and spa provide a wonderful place to enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout your stay. Start the morning with coffee on the screened lanai, spend the afternoon swimming, or return from the theme parks and unwind beside the water. The spacious pool deck and outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room for your group to enjoy the outdoors.



The adjoining spa provides another place to relax after busy days exploring Orlando. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa heats to the same temperature as the swimming pool.



When it's time for some friendly competition, head to the private game room. Challenge family and friends to a game of pool or air hockey for an easy entertainment option without leaving the home.



Inside, approximately 2,942 square feet of living space gives families and groups plenty of room to spread out. The main living room features a 55-inch flat-screen TV, while the upstairs loft provides another comfortable gathering space with its own 55-inch flat-screen TV. Flat-screen TVs in every bedroom give guests additional entertainment options when they're ready for some downtime.



The fully equipped kitchen makes dining at home convenient, whether you're preparing breakfast before heading to Disney, putting together lunch for a relaxing pool day, or enjoying a family dinner after a full day exploring Central Florida.



The five-bedroom configuration includes two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, and a twin bunk room, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families, couples, and groups traveling together.

RESORT ACCESS FEE



Solterra Resort charges a mandatory amenity access fee of $35 for reservations with 12 or fewer guests or $45 for reservations with 13 or more guests. Payment must be made directly at the clubhouse using a credit or debit card.
