The six-bedroom, 6 full bathroom villa is perfect if you’re traveling with a lot of family members that all want to stay together or maybe a couple of families on a group vacation! In fact, one of the rooms is a unique family entertainment room that comes with a giant sofa, flatscreen TV for group movie watching or game playing. It also has a poker table for some adult fun too!

The villa is located within just 12 miles of the famous Walt Disney World Resort area. The collection of villas at Champions Gate offer a luxury vacation only minutes from Orlando’s top attractions. This villa has access to the amenities in the resort community. So besides being near to Disney and Universal Studios, you’ll get easy access to an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, retail and outlet shopping malls, tennis courts, and a golf resort on site that features a 35,000 square foot clubhouse with a pro shop, banquet facility, and a full-service bar.

The Oasis Club is an exclusive, resort-style clubhouse for residents and guests. It features 16,000 sq. ft. with a full-service restaurant, state-of-the-art fitness center, 26-seat movie theater, kids activities and game room, and a concierge. The Oasis Club also has massive pools, with water slides and kids splash zone, an 82,000 sq. ft. pool deck, a lazy river to float around, a grill and sundries stand, and a Tiki Bar! You can eat and drink poolside and servers will come right to your sun lounger! There are other outdoor amenities too like volleyball and tennis courts and a wide variety of events like poolside Bingo and Karaoke Nights! And for a special occasion, you can rent out one of the luxury indoor air-conditioned cabanas, complete with lounge-style seating indoors for three and two dedicated outdoor lounge chairs with umbrella, LED TV, kitchenette with mini-fridge and a full bathroom with shower. The Oasis Club is truly unparalleled when it comes to community amenities in paradise and very guest-centric!

The central location of this villa offers loads of value in terms of a time spent on looking for fun things to do for you and your family because the community offers resort-style amenities like:

- Great restaurants to dine in or take out after spending a long day at the parks
- Open-air, retail shopping area
- Community pools including an 850-foot lazy river and a wave pool

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The villa is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is surrounded by really great restaurants and shopping centers. There are 25 restaurants and cafes on site too, if you don’t feel like venturing too far. These are some approximate estimations of the most visited/famous places in Orlando and nearest shopping centers:

Theme parks:
- Disney - 15 min drive (12 miles)
- Universal Studios - 30 min drive (22 miles)
- Seaworld Orlando - 23 min drive (17 miles)
- Busch Gardens - 1 hour drive (60 miles)

Shopping:
- Champions Gate Village - 11 min drive (5 miles)
- Target - 11 min drive (4.3 miles)
- Shops at Vista Del Lago - 15 min drive (7.4 miles)
- Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets - 26 min drive (20 miles)

Other Things to Note:
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

This 3348-square-foot villa is two stories with 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and a private pool surrounded by a removable mesh fence. All stairways and bedrooms are carpeted for safety and comfort.

Free wifi and cable, free parking, and linens and towels are provided for guests.

A BBQ grill rental (no propane tank included) is available for use for an additional fee. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.

The private pool can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge and is only available for reservations of 3 days or more. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.

The villa is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation



Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed
- If you're booking through a reservation platform where we are the merchant of record, a $500USD security deposit will be charged before your arrival and subsequently refunded 5-7 days after your check out, providing no damages were caused during your stay. Please note that a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted from the transaction.
