The Space:

This 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa in Davenport sleeps up to 12 guests and sits just 12 miles from Walt Disney World. The biggest draw? Full access to The Oasis Club — a 16,000 sq ft resort clubhouse with an 850-foot lazy river, wave pool, waterslides, movie theater, fitness center, restaurant, and tiki bar. It's the kind of place where everyone in your group finds something they love.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Three king suites each come with their own private bathroom, giving adults or couples plenty of space and privacy. The kids will love the Mickey Mouse-themed room with two twin beds. A queen bedroom and a second twin room share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom — great for families traveling together. The ground-floor master makes it easy for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-plan living area flows straight out to the pool deck, so you can keep an eye on swimmers while prepping snacks or relaxing inside. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd, and the dining table seats 12 comfortably. Upstairs, a second lounge doubles as a game and movie room with a cinema-style snack bar and poker table — the adults-only hangout spot after the kids are asleep.



Outdoor Amenities

Your private pool and spa anchor a spacious deck with loungers, an outdoor sofa, and a dining table for eight. Fire up the grill for poolside barbecues, then cool off in the water. The backyard is fully fenced, so younger kids can play safely while you soak in the Florida sun.



Good To Know

A dedicated workspace with desk and chair makes it easy to catch up on email between park days. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and refresh swimsuits and towels as needed. Free parking is available in the driveway — just pull all the way in to avoid blocking the sidewalk. The community also features a championship golf course designed by Greg Norman, on-site restaurants, retail shops, and tennis courts. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day and must cover your full stay — request at least 7 days before check-in. The BBQ grill is available for an additional fee with 48 hours' notice. Guests have praised the home's cleanliness, spaciousness, and the host's responsive communication.

Getting Around:

Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The villa is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is surrounded by really great restaurants and shopping centers. There are 25 restaurants and cafes on site too, if you don’t feel like venturing too far.

Other Things to Note:

Pool & BBQ

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.  It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.

- When parking in the driveway, be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed, and we cannot be held responsible.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
