Familienfreundlich, Pool, spektakuläre Aussicht

I'm not sure where the lapse in communication was as I had multiple exchanges with the family, and I have text messages responding to each of their requests. But regardless, they are returning for another stay and we are happy to have them.

This is our own family vacation home and we take pride in it (and want it to be nice for our own family to use). I have never had a complaint about the beds and the master bedroom frame and mattress are brand new (new avocado organic mattress purchased 12/20). There are tons of lamps and we also have recessed lighting in all of the main areas of our home. We have two couch seating areas inside, a brand new high end patio set on our lanai (purchased 12/20) and four lounge chairs on our dock (purchased in the last year). Our house has tile almost throughout (tile in all four bedrooms and most of the common areas, bedroom tile installed 10/20). There are only two small areas that have carpet. One area is the dining room and the other is a seating area off our lanai so they do see some use but we have them cleaned periodically. Let me tell you about this guest: She texted me at midnight the night she arrived because she could not work the internet telling me “Not a great start”. We have a brand new highspeed router that was installed 12/20. I contacted Comcast and it turned out it was working fine and she was not connecting properly. She could not work the tv or even turn it on. She contacted me saying the garage door was broken and would not close. I called a garage door repair company and had them come out the same day. It turned out that she had knocked the sensor out of line at the bottom of the door (I had to pay the garage door company for their unnecessary visit). She complained that there were bees outside so I hired a company to come to address them. She lied and texted me that they had not come. When I asked them about it, they sent me a picture clearly showing the foam in the area where they had sprayed and then she admitted that they may have come. She questioned our maintenance of the pool when we have a pool company that services it every week. Finally, her visit could not have been that bad because I received a text more than a week into her stay saying “my sister is asking if there is any availability after we leave for two weeks?” Luckily for me we already had another family arriving at our home and could not accommodate that request.
