Willkommen in unserem komplett eingerichteten und geräumigen Marco Island Haus! Unsere Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, um Sie und Ihre Familie unterzubringen. Dank des offenen Grundrisses und der großen, abgeschirmten Veranda mit privatem beheiztem Pool ist die Unterhaltung ganz einfach. Mit liebevollen Möbeln und vier Flachbildfernsehern dekoriert, kann unser Zuhause Ihr Zuhause sein. Wir sind nur wenige Minuten von den schönen Stränden von Marco, Geschäften, Restaurants und nicht zu vergessen der Eisdiele entfernt! Entspannen Sie am Pool oder am Dock und genießen Sie den Blick auf das Wasser.

Unser Haus verfügt über eine Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett, begehbarer Dusche und separater Badewanne. Zweites und drittes Schlafzimmer haben Queen-Size-Betten und das vierte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Die Höhle verfügt über einen Schreibtisch und ein eingebautes Schrankbett, sodass in unserem Haus problemlos eine große Familie oder viele Freunde untergebracht werden können.

Wir haben sechs Fahrräder und mehrere Angelruten sowie Liegestühle und Ausrüstung zur Verfügung, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten!

My wife and I have been renting houses in Southwest Florida for the past 12 years. This house was one of the best we ever rented. The house was spotless, beautifully appointed and everything was in good working condition. Not always the case when renting.The host was very communicative and responded quickly. You should do yourself a favor and rent this house.

Christmas in Marco.

We can’t say enough about how amazing this property is. We spent a week over Christmas and enjoy everything. Lots of room for a big family and had everything we needed to celebrate the holidays ( even a Christmas Tree). Would recommend to everyone!!!

Family Spring Break

My girlfriend and I spent the week with my two sons and their families. The house was perfect. The pool was much better than expected and was used by the kids and adults every day. The outdoor patio was also used for most meals and lots of card playing.

Ladies' Sunny Vacation

Four of us stayed in this beautiful home for three weeks. It was a wonderful time in the sun, time spent mostly in the pool. Everything was in working order, the home is well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, great location.....what else can we say? We were able to communicate with the home owner, who was very responsive and a delight to work with. There are many excellent restaurants in the area from casual to fine dining. And don't miss the Farmer's Market!

Quiet and relaxing

My wife and I rented the home for an anniversary trip and our expectations were exceeded. Dawn was great to work with and responded quickly to our questions from the booking to our departure. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. In a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. The bikes were a great touch and fun way to tour the island. We would certainly book again if we return to Marco and highly recommend.

Very nice property

We really enjoyed our stay. House is well stocked and in a great location. If you need absolute privacy, this may not be the property for you as the main areas have floor to ceiling windows with no blinds or curtains, so your neighbors can see in the house. Internet was hit or miss. Overall, would definitely recommend.

While all of the bedrooms have window coverings, the main living areas at the back of the house have sliding glass doors that are left uncovered so everyone can enjoy the beautiful view of the canal and pool. Spring Break from Wisconsin 2025

We have been coming to Marco Island for over the past 10 years, and this is one if the best houses we have stayed at. The bikes were perfect as we rarely use our car while on the island. The fishing poles were an absolute bonus as we fished off the dock most mornings and evenings. The house fit our family perfectly. Great response from both the host and rental management. evenings

Excellent home to stay at on Marco Island

Great location close to everything. Beds very comfortable, lots of room for our family of 9. Celebrated our grandson a brain cancer survivor graduation from high school! Dawn is excellent to work with as well as property management company. We loved our week in your home. Guys fished in the canal, everyone enjoyed the pool. Lots of room , kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful week in your Marco Island home.

Beautiful Marco Island rental

The house and pool were amazing!! So many extras with the house that made our trip absolutely wonderful. Communication with the host was great and she was very quick to respond to my pre-trip questions. Check in was short and sweet and check out was a breeze. We left extra beach things for the next family to enjoy. Publix and Winn Dixie were only about 5 minutes away by car as well as Alvin’s souvenir shop (which we spent way too much time at). Thank you for letting us borrow your beautiful home.

Spectacular!

We stayed in this beautiful home for 4 days with a group of good friends/couples. We were so impressed with the home, the layout, the gorgeous pool and dock- perfect!! The house was open and so well equipped - especially the kitchen- fantastic for cooking at home! Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Fantastic home!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 9 including 2 infants. It was very spacious with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen! The pool and lanai were awesome and we spent the majority of time there swimming, playing cards and hanging out. We loved having the beach chairs, toys, tent and umbrellas for the beach plus all of the beach towels that were provided! The house went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you for sharing it with us! We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

The place was nice, not the cleanest. Location was great...5-10 minutes from everything. The house supplied plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys and plenty of bicycles. The neighborhood was beautiful. The dock was large and we sat on it in late afternoons because pool area got shady(which was nice after a long day on the beach). The one bedroom was extremely noisy if you had the dishwasher or laundry going. We all did enjoy our stay on Marco Island but because of all the HIGH fees it was extremely expensive. Dawn the Owner was extremely helpful with quick responses to all my questions...much appreciated. The best part of our trip was seeing Manatees and Dolphins at the beach almost daily. One bad thing was that the internet went out twice while we were there.

A wonderful stay for our family which included 9 people ages 1 through 66! The pool was amazing, the neighborhood was beautiful, and the house was so comfortable and lovely! Marco Island Family Spring Break 2022

Overall, this home was great to stay in for our family. Having the pool screened in was also a treat right on the canal. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access to various venues! The service team was very responsive when we ran out of propane in the gas grill. Overall a very good experience for the family!

We love the neighborhood because it is on a quiet street and off the busy path. We can enjoy walks and bicycle rides around the neighborhood and often can see the burrowing owls on their perches. We also have the nice water view.
