Welcome to Waterscape unit A533, a two bedroom with 2.5 bath condo located on the fifth floor. This condo is designed with modern coastal decor, and the floor plan was laid out with comfort in mind. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the bunk alcove has use of the half bath nearby. The floor-to-ceiling store front windows pour natural light into the living space. The balcony offers partial views of the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay. Oh, and there's a waterpark in the backyard!

Waterscape Resort, located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is well known for its aquamarine waters and quartz-white beaches. Waterscape was built as a U-shaped property to house a veritable oasis-like waterpark in it's massive courtyard. Waterscape has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10 foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the little ones. The resort's lower pool deck features a full sized lazy river for you to float down on inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation.

Outside of the resort, you have many family friendly activities and restaurants on Okaloosa Island. The Boardwalk is a great place to start. To the west you have downtown Fort Walton Beach that offers additional dining, shopping and nightlife options. To the east of Waterscape you have much to explore in the City of Destin. Rent a pontoon boat and enjoy the day at Crab Island, a huge sandbar located at the foot of the Destin bridge. With miles of beach to explore and so much to do nearby, you won't be able to experience it all in one visit.

The common area is an open concept: the kitchen, dining, and living area are designed to be enjoyed with your friends and family. The bunk alcove is off the main entry, with two sturdy twin bunks inside, and has a privacy curtain. There is a nicely appointed half bath just off the bunk area.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and a massive ensuite bathroom with a large garden tub and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is located on the other side of the living area, and includes a queen sized bed. It has an ensuite bathroom with the same accommodations as the primary bath. In the living area there is a queen pull out sofa, bringing the maximum occupancy of this unit to 8. Outside on the balcony expands the width of the unit and can easily accommodate your whole party.

2 beach chairs and one umbrella is included with beach chair and umbrella service. This service is for March 1st - Oct 31.
