The Space:

This condo features welcoming décor with beach-inspired furnishings throughout. Waterscape B207 accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and two twin beds in the bunk area. Waterscape B207 is very warm and inviting from the moment you walk into the condo. When you enter, you will find an open floor plan, with the kitchen, dining area, and living room connected. The well-equipped kitchen is furnished with stainless-steel appliances and offers a wrap-around layout with plenty of storage space and all utensils needed to create your own meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with a table that seats six guests. The living area features two sofas (one being a pull-out) and a TV and DVD player combo, perfect for movie nights after a long day at the beach. Walk out the sliding glass doors onto a spacious balcony and enjoy a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee at sunrise or a sangria at sunset. Next to the living room, you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed, a TV, and an attached bathroom with deep tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a large double vanity, perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town. On the other side of the living room, you will find the guest bedroom, which offers a queen bed, a TV and DVD player combo, and an attached bathroom with a large tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a large double vanity.

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access
