Please review House Rules BEFORE booking as these are the rules and penalties you are agreeing to fully abide by and are strictly enforced. If you’re not able to follow the house rules, please do not book the property. Thank you!

-Quiet hours MUST be followed from 9pm-9am for respect of the neighbors.
-Gas fireplace in the main level living room is available for use. Do not use wood burning fireplace in kitchen or garden apartment.
-NO parties or events: will result in immediate vacating of the property.
-NO smoking inside the home: subject to extreme penalties and fines.
-MAXIMUM of 16 guests allowed overnight.
-Please pick up after your pets.
-$50 Lost Key Fee if the house key is lost or misplaced.
-Per Greensboro City Regulations, only 1 car per bedroom is allowed for overnight guests. Two cars may park on the parking pad in the spots marked `MAIN HOUSE PARKING`, all other cars may park on the street (free parking). Do not block the driveway with your car.
