Great house, great neighborhood, great owner!

We came to Greensboro for a long weekend. The house was in perfect condition. The screened in porch is amazing!! Even though it is hot, there are two fans and you can sit out there and eat. The owner is wonderful with communicating. Everything is clean and updated in the house! Highly recommend especially for families :)

Peaceful, Modern, Great Location

We stayed with a few family members, all of us in town for a family reunion around the corner. Everything in the house is clean, new, and lovely. We didn’t use the backyard with the grill or the foosball table on the porch, but they would definitely be reasons to return! And I got to meet Manny when I rushed back after checking out to retrieve a cooler I’d forgotten — he couldn’t have been any nicer!

5 Stars wasn’t enough!

Manny was FANTASTIC! I called and he answered promptly EVERY-TIME. The property was just as pictured…immaculate, clean, spacious and the amenities did not disappoint. We had so many restaurants, shopping and any needs or wants close by thanks to our gracious host providing venue information BEFORE our trip. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly as well. My family including my fur babies and I will definitely be returning SOON!

Great House

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house has been updated, and everything was in working order. We did not need to make any requests for assistance. The property owner, Manny, was in constant communication to see if we needed anything which I think is terrific. For me, more communication is better than less. The location is fantastic with easy access to the relatively new 840 loop off of Lawndale. This is our "go to" house for future visits to Greensboro where we have family. From a value standpoint, I felt the house was perfectly priced.

The stay was very weird, I felt like we were being watched through the i pads in EVERY ROOM with a microphone, the water was cold in the master bathroom, the shower head in the master bathroom doesn’t move and only hits above your chest. The rooms are oddly placed, you have to go through a room to get to another bedroom meaning both rooms are together by one door. It was too many cleaning requests with a cleaning fee. The price for this listing was not acceptable for what you get. I did however enjoy the bathroom speakers, and decor is so beautiful. Not sure if I would book again honestly

While the genuine comfort and care of our guests is our highest mission, we are sorry to read that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Jasmine’s deliberate violations of our rules and policies directly contributed to her poor experience at our property. Her misinformation is an attempt to deviate attention from her personal responsibilities. Jasmine rented this property for 4 adults and 1 child. However, she flooded the property with more than 10 guests. In addition, she brought in two dogs without proper registration. When confronted about having unregistered pets, and guests, she initially denied it and said the pets belong to the food delivery person. She also claimed the extra guests were delivery people. However, Jasmine later admitted after she was provided with the outdoor security footages. Her dogs are not trained and urinated on the rugs and throughout the house. Her assertions of iPads with eyes are false. There are no iPads in the property as alleged. Each room has a google home assistant and not an iPad. The Google home assistants are there as a courtesy for guest who want to use it for alarms, music, watch videos, Q&A etc etc. In addition to the above, Jasmine didn’t take good care of the property, she trashed it, violated multiple house rules and left with over $300 of unpaid fees. To simplify my experience with Jasmine, she is not welcomed back.
